they haven't had frappes in months, but refuse to take it off their mobile ordering. they also won't do refunds for it, you can either get something else similarly priced or you're out the money. they'll tell you the money will be refunded back to your card, but it never was, multiple times.

I guess it's illegal to serve good, hot foot here. Both times I've tried this McDonalds my burgers were not even warm, nor were the fries. Which sucks because that's my same complain about the Wendy's right next door.

Every time I go the frappe machine is not working, I have tried to get a frappe for like 2 months now and every single time the machine is down, doesn’t matter about the time of day, I’ve went in the morning, lunch and dinner and I have even called. This needs to get fixed.

The service is absolutely horrible. Their frappe machine hardly ever works. I eat there about 5 days a week because of my job and I get the same thing and they get it wrong at least 2 days out of the 5.

Initially I intended to blast this Mcdonalds, but they do have a few really good workers. Unfortunately for me lately the service has been horrible. I went about two weeks ago. I ordered on the app only be informed they did not have biscuits when I arrived and was advised I could take what they had or nothing. I took what they had. When I got my drink no ice. They advised out of ice. I shook this off as a bad day for them. I went back on 10/27/24 for lunch. Ordered on the in store app. They brought my order again no ice in the drinks, and advised me the ice cream machine was broken. I asked for a refund and was told to get in line. I got in line which only consisted of one customer waiting for his food. The same customer was waiting when i came in. An employee came, and I advised her to check on the other customer first, because I knew how long he had been waiting. The employee quite rudely responded "are you gonna let me do my job". I advised yes, just thought he needed to be seen first. She responded again with the same response. She then got his order and walked over to her manager and told her she was not going to serve me. I heard her manager tell her she would, but she did not. The manager eventually came and refunded my money. The staff was cursing in the back ground and totally just a terrible visit. The manager later came out and asked if we wanted to do an online survey for a free sandwich. We declined. I asked the manager for a number to complain and she refused to give it to me. She said I could look it up online. My food was cold by the time i got to it, but everyone else was ok minus the fact they put ketchup on a chicken sandwich for some reason?

The staff was very loud and yelling across the restaurant Very annoying while trying to enjoy your meal I also ordered at the kiosk and took a number when my order was ready someone yelled what was on the tray and left it sitting on the counter did not bring it to the table This restaurant needs new management

Our order inside was “ lost” but the employees all got their meals!! We were the only customers inside besides employees eating. Manager complained he was doing the best he could being the only one up front. Seems like only drive thru got served. Manager needs to learn people and management skills. We won’t stop there again. Bad impression on out of state visitors.
