Didn’t have the frappe that I ordered!! When asked for substitute didn’t have any iced coffee!! Didn’t give refund! There is a way for them to put online that it’s out, but they didn’t do that?

No drink machine in the lobby, or napkins or condiments. You have to ask for refills or the things mentioned above, and most of the drinks were out. Waited 25 minutes for our meals, and the buns on my burgers were burnt. Almost witnessed a fight because someone's fries were cold. Ordered a frappe before I left, and had to wait another 30 minutes for that. Frappe was half full. It was late at night and I needed to be on the road, or I'd have asked for a new one.

Good luck to anyone wanting an Apple Pie. They normally don't have them but now they claim a problem with their refrigeration and then can't properly thaw them to cook them. I was told this by the Manager 2 months ago (may '25) let's see how long it takes to get that fixed? My guess - about as long as the ice cream machine. I mean who runs these food places in Bastrop? Either bad food or priced like it's something special - it's not

The McDonald’s was very large. It was clean. Lots of room to sit inside and outside. It did take a little longer to get our food than I was expecting being there was no one in there, but we did get our order and it was exactly what we ordered. We were happy.

Been here 2 times, - 1st time I waited 20 minutes for a coffee inside - 2nd time I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. Only 2 cars moved up in that 25 minutes. Eventually just drove off.
I wouldn’t come here unless you’ve got 30 minutes to burn. The regional manager needs to visit.
