Good luck to anyone wanting an Apple Pie. They normally don't have them but now they claim a problem with their refrigeration and then can't properly thaw them to cook them. I was told this by the Manager 2 months ago (may '25) let's see how long it takes to get that fixed? My guess - about as long as the ice cream machine. I mean who runs these food places in Bastrop? Either bad food or priced like it's something special - it's not

The McDonald’s was very large. It was clean. Lots of room to sit inside and outside. It did take a little longer to get our food than I was expecting being there was no one in there, but we did get our order and it was exactly what we ordered. We were happy.

Been here 2 times, - 1st time I waited 20 minutes for a coffee inside - 2nd time I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru. Only 2 cars moved up in that 25 minutes. Eventually just drove off.
I wouldn’t come here unless you’ve got 30 minutes to burn. The regional manager needs to visit.
I have been through pretty crappy McDonalds this one hits the top of the list. Cars were steadily stacking up in the the drive thru. After 20 minutes of waiting I pulled around every single worker on their azz not doing anything. Sounds about like Bastrop, LA.

they haven't had frappes in months, but refuse to take it off their mobile ordering. they also won't do refunds for it, you can either get something else similarly priced or you're out the money. they'll tell you the money will be refunded back to your card, but it never was, multiple times.

I guess it's illegal to serve good, hot foot here. Both times I've tried this McDonalds my burgers were not even warm, nor were the fries. Which sucks because that's my same complain about the Wendy's right next door.
