The service and communication I’ve received from the gun department on some warranty work has almost been nonexistent. This has been ongoing for 21/2 months. Still don’t have my firearm and scope and I know the scope has been back in the store for 41/2 days. Just don’t understand!!!

My order was shipped out within 48hrs of receiving it, and at my LGS just as fast. Had to call a couple times because I had questions about the process, and they were always friendly and professional. Won't hesitate to do business with again!
