I made a purchase online and was really impressed with their customer service. In this day and age of online stores trying to be as price competitive as possible by sacrificing customer service it was nice to see a place with excellent customer service AND excellent prices.

A+++ Customer Service. I ordered an item and it was delivered quickly. However, much to my dismay the item that was in the product box was not the same and was clearly used. I emailed customer support since I urgently needed the item that weekend, and Michelle shipped a replacement out the SAME DAY via OVERNIGHT shipping! Best customer service experience and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Small order made. Upon confirmation of my shipping address (working out of town so was initially flagged for non-matching billing/shipping which is fine by me for sake of security), the order was updated and was shipped soon after (even got it a day earlier than expected). One item looked completely different from the picture on the site but this is clearly mentioned under each product page (that I saw) that this may be the case at times. Shipped to door as it should be (unlike my current home state). Can cozy and sticker a plus. Cheers.

With the ammo shortage, I was having problems finding a turkey load for my son and his 20 gauge. Low and behold I found it at Simmons and ordered it online. Arrived a few short days later, well in time for the season. Thanks Simmons Sporting Goods!!! You've made a 9 year old boy very happy.

This is the greatest store ever. If they don't have it, you don't need it. They have every possible thing you would need for hunting, fishing, shooting, and anything else that takes place outside. Massive store with great brands and something for everyone. Huge clothing selection too for the non-hunter or non-outdoorsman. Highly recommend you go in there ready to buy!

Simmons really has to be seen to be believed! I have never been in a store with this much quality hunting and fishing merchandise. It blows Cabela's and Bass Pro away! Simmons was truly impressive and I'd love to go back soon. There is a great children's section with outdoorsy clothes and toys and a small women's department but this is predominantly a man's paradise. Definitely recommend a visit!

I placed an online order for a shotgun from Simmons Sporting Goods. Prior to placing the order, I called them with a few questions. They were courteous, professional, and helpful in answering my questions. The price and shipping were great, and the item arrived at my local dealer's store 5 days after the purchase.

Fast shipping and price was more than fair, but item arrived with scratches. They did send me out a small repair kit but it didnt help,, asked for a slight discount on a higher end item and was NOT accommodated. Mixed feelings,

I love it here!!! As a young kid it was always my favorite place to go just because I could walk up the stairs and see all of the mounts that they had in the walls. They have wonderful things (most of it is fairly pricey) most of it is very nice brands. It's definitely a great store and worth checking out!

Bought a Smith & Wesson M&P 9 shield M2.0 from them and it has absolutely no tactile reset or sound to the trigger reset. Trigger also feels rough and gritty does not operate smoothly. One of the selling points for the M2.0 is supposed to be how great the reset feel and sound is. They will do nothing for me. They said they won't give me full price if I return it because it's used. They won't give me a discount or store credit or ten bucks off on something or anything. Sold me a defective fire arm and their answer is send it to S&W. Zero customer service. Might as well have bought it out of a guy's trunk in a back alley!
