Ya'll I get a pretzel today! Ya know they put the butter on it but apparently forgot the salt. i tell the car hop to take it back and have them put salt on it. she brings the bag back with about 10 packets of lil salts. i said dear their is a certain salt that goes on the pretzels and it has none and she looks at me and says i dont know what your talking about.......i tried to explain but gave up bc omg this future generation just aint very smart and has no common sense whatsoever.......like look at the pic and look at this pretzel baby.......do they look the same? or different?? did they not do these exercises with you in kindergarten?????

I placed a mobile order for a drink and blast at 5:50 and didn’t get it till 6:50. So it takes an hour to make 2 things. Then when I finally got my items the blast was melted and the drink was watered down. So Overall experience was a 0/10 and I would gratefully like a refund because i tried to get them over the mic but had to go through the drive through.

The workers are rude the milkshakes are sour we ordered the bacon queso wraps they was hard no cheese grease was old when your ordered tots fries and onion rings taste the old in them the burgers have been cold soggy

I’ve never had any complaints but I just ordered a #3 and halfway through the burger I chewed something hard only to see it’s an earring!!! Pissed is an understatement. I called to speak to the manager and no one would answer. Location is in Bastrop, La!

I hate to give bad ratings but I haven’t went to a Sonic in Monroe or any of the surrounding areas that the Sonic’s aren’t absolutely terrible. They never get my order right and I do mean NEVER. I have gotten more free crappy food from here because if I order on my mobile app most of the time they have some excuse why they haven’t brought my food out or they can’t find my order. The one on Lincoln and the 2 on Hwy 165 in Monroe are 3 of the worst you will ever go to. Not one time have they gotten my order right. From screwing up a Blast to not knowing how to make a drink. I think the worst was on Lincoln recently. I got the Queso Fries and the guy didn’t even make them right. Instead of putting peppers on it like it was supposed to be. He put freaking tomatoes instead. I keep trying to give them a chance every so often but I give up. Terrible food and the employees are the worst especially at the Sonic on 165 going out of Monroe near the old North Monroe Hospital.
