I odered a mexican pizza and it came with 2 shells and beans in the middle. No cheese, no tomatoes, no sauce, no lettuce and had a box lid placed over it inside the pizza box which was strange. Nothing else on it but beans. The girl asked if I wanted them to remake it, should that even be a question?

I loved talking to a robot it was different. But the robot still has some kinks. I told the robot to subsitute the meat in the luxe for black beans. I could only eat one thing, because it added.

Hard to order with AI on the drive thru, then a lady came on and she was annoyed we were having a hard time with the system. When we approached the window we asked her to add the cheesy potatoes and she refused, Shouldn’t be this hard to get service in the drive thru. AI can’t help us!!!

The early day shift is better in attitude and service with not so scary people, the food even tastes better, but the late evening to night shift I don't recommend nor do I go after several encounter of not so good attitude, the food I'm now afraid to eat due to the negative looks, the smell and they always asking for money or a $1 and I feel if I say no my food may be bad so that's just not a place I'm happy with at the moment! We my family loves taco bell but you need better staff especially the evening and night. So we are choosing to make our own at home for now! Till next time yall be safe and enjoy!

I ordered a nacho doritos supreme. it was fresh. beef was hot. I devoured it.
After spending $60 I was trying to get a Togo plate that they put nachos in for leftover food I had. The bag it was originally in ripped so I needed something to put it in. They proceeded to tell me they don’t give those out….i asked yall can’t give me a Togo plate for the food yall made? Never heard of that. Insane work.
