After spending $60 I was trying to get a Togo plate that they put nachos in for leftover food I had. The bag it was originally in ripped so I needed something to put it in. They proceeded to tell me they don’t give those out….i asked yall can’t give me a Togo plate for the food yall made? Never heard of that. Insane work.

This place is a wreck! No customer service. Employees treat you very rude and offer no assistance. They were on their phones the whole time. The kiosk wasn't working for the people ahead of us and they acted like it wasn't their problem. I don't recommend this restaurant!

It’s ridiculously us was charged 10.00 for 2 Mexican melts actually charged me for a cheese roll up an added 2 meats 2pico sauces 2 sour cream 2 tomatoes I asked about it y did I do that they’re sad no smile no customer service very rude an unprofessional then I ordered nacho fries pulled off my granddaughter said these r cold I turned around went back ask for manager she wasn’t any better so y should the employees act different there leadership don’t know how to act

The employees were very unprofessional and rude, as someone who works in the food service industry I have never seen this level of disrespect towards anyone. Maybe try and EARN your money instead of stand around on your phone and ignore customers. Will be making a call to corporate.

They are rude they always make me go wait in the parking lot even if I ordered only 1 meal then they get mad cause of where I park and that is because I have such a big vehicle they could use the exercise anyways so I think I’m helping them out they don’t even give me all the food I order half the time and act like they don’t understand English.

Balloon Man

After waiting in line and clerk told me I had to use the kiosk to place my order. They would no longer take orders at the counter. But when you order at their kiosk you can not pay cash and have to go back to the front counter to make you order. This is not very user friendly restaurant. After calling the B&G Foods in Morgan City they themselves were very un willing to assist in the issue. Their comment was we want train our customers to use a kiosk. Taco Bell is becoming a vending machine with no customer service.

I did a online order which did not go through. It posted to my banck account so drove all the way up there so they could tell me they didnt know what I should do. Then suggested that I dispute it with my bank.
