Taco Bell hired Ray Charles cause I asked if my beans was in the bag and he said yes. Guess what, no beans cause he is Ray Charles, blind. I should have checked the bag but i took his word for it. Lesson learned don't trust Ray Charles check your bag.

Please take that robot off the speaker. She's taking up too much time in the driver through and adds extra stuff to the orders. Keep people with jobs not robots! With that being said I will not order from these locations.
So I had a bad experience with a Taco Bell and Morgan City and this one just so happens to have a Morgan City address as well. I'm not going to get any details but the manager here handled it so well and so professional. I get props to her. She did an amazing job and she corrected my order from another Taco Bell. She definitely deserves a raise

Reagan is the absolute best! She makes you feel so welcome, like you’re part of her family, from the moment you walk in. On top of that, I’ve literally never had such quick service at any other fast food place until Reagan helped me with my Taco Bell order. She’s so efficient, but she still takes the time to make sure everything is right and makes you feel appreciated as a customer.
She’s kind, energetic, and just amazing at what she does. You can tell she truly cares about making everyone’s experience great. Honestly, she’s the reason I keep coming back to this location. Plus the nachos and strawberry drink are to die for. If you’re craving Taco Bell, this is the place to go especially when Reagan is working!!!
