Horrible service through the drive through lady was rude and snappy. When we got to the window she wouldn’t even put her arm out the window to take payment or hand food. Multiple items also missing. Go somewhere else save your money

Really nice staff. Some times people can have bad days, but if you talk to the staff as you would a friend or relative. You'll see that they are really nice and will do what's asked of them. Give respect and they will deliver with fine service. Good job Belle Chasse BK!

A very bad service, the people who serve are angry when ordering in the car, they do not answer you, you have to get out to be able to get service and besides, they are all marijuana with their eyes that barely open, very bad

Today about around 1pm , I walked into Burger King nice clean and Tedious environment I asked one of the employees a question , before he could answer me back she ( manager ) intervened with an nasty attitude I wasn’t EVEN LOOKING AT HER NOR IN HER DIRECTION She Doesn’t have great customer service at all for her to constantly say things when I still wasn’t even talking her is beyond me calling me sad & she doesn’t even know me at all I will be contacting THE CUSTOMER COMPLAINT DESK OR WHATEVER I GOT TO DO TO GET SOME ANSWERS A PERSON LIKE THAT SHOULDNT EVEN BE OVER NO ONE

I would leave 0 stars if i could. We stopped coming here awhile back due to them randomly being closed during the day but people eating inside and picking up in the drive thru. Food is either overcooked or under or cold. But THIS time was the final straw. We picked up our daughter from her first day of kindergarten and she wanted burger king. We pull up and start unloading the kids and the manager/employee comes running to the door to lock it. Theres a couple of people eating inside and another worker sitting by the window looking at us. My husband and i were pissed but loaded the kids back up with my daughter upset. A couple left and the manager came running to let them out and then started LAUGHING AT US when we were backing up. We went to McDonalds on Lapalco where they were busy but our food came out great and customer service was top notch

Pulled up to go into the lobby with my 3 kids and the manager/employee locked the lobby door with people inside. As we were pulling out the manager/employee laughed at us. This place has had its issues but this is the last straw
