This is my Domino’s delivery site if I’m not picking up at another Gretna location. They are usually pretty good but on the afternoon of Tuesday, March 12, 2024 I received one of the worse pizzas of all time. The thin crust was very good but the two pans were terrible.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The costumer service is horrible on this domino's. There is no online option and as soon as you call they either put you on hold or straight up just hang up on you. There is no way to put an order

One star because that's the only way I can write the review but you guys actually deserved to be close. I called the number provided online and the lady said I called the wrong number, I used another phone to double check and the lady that answered the phone just yelled at me stating that I had call the wrong number when I tried again they block my #, this is very unprofessional.

Learn how to cut the pizza 1st pull a slice and it breaks in half because it's connected to the other slice. 2 pieces of hamburger meat on eat slice ridiculous and $30 spent on 2 pizzas only to be dissatisfied. Been here a year and my first and last time ordering from this

The service for the most part is good although the driver that just left had my pizza sitting on my garbage can when I opened the door!! The pizza is subpar at best , I've ordered extra cheese many times and not once got it. Stay away from this location , they suck !!! They can't even cut a pizza

Is not able to deliver to the front gate of a Naval base.
This store is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s exactly how it should be, other times you only order a 16 piece bread bite that looks like this, as well as missing 2 pieces. Looks like the just dumped the garlic sauce on the middle and put a small amount of Parmesan cheese again in just the middle.

Haley Strickland has the best customer service! She deserves a raise or something. We ordered food that was baked incorrectly, found hair on the pizza and missing sauces. We got the entire delivered again and it was free!!!

Rude and unprofessional. I was on base and called to see if they have a driver that could deliver on the base. They said yes but they wouldn't be in til the afternoon. Called back around 1215 and they said the driver called out. I asked if they can deliver to the front gate of the base at the visitors center and the girl no kidding told me no because we have to deliver to other customers and if I wanted to speak to the manager. Didn't realize that delivering to the base meant we are not customers. Most ignorant thing I've heard from an employee. The manager said they can deliver on base with the on-base driver but not at the visitors center at the front gate. Sounds like both of these employees are discriminating against the military. They will never have my business again.
