Food is fantastic. Service at the window is good with friendly staff. Parking is a free-for-all and the general public is terrible at handling themselves. No easy way in or out. Shaded picnic tables which is fine when the weather is OK but can be hot in the swamp summer. Get the turkey. It's amazing.

Wheelchair accessibility: Sorta. Chair user will need to roll up the out portion of the line. Parking not an issue.

Nicest people we have ever come across. We got trapped in the hurricane with a broke down Semi. They didn’t have any problem with us staying to ride the storm out and let us get our truck fixed. We were at another store and in the middle of the storm were told to leave or be towed. Scared and only able to drive 5mph we pulled into LA23 BBQ. They were so kind to let us stay.
Food was ok not particularly great just ok, food could have definitely been better , only got a chance to taste the turkey pulled pork and chicken, pulled pork was good turkey was so so and chicken was not that good, beans was not flavorful and Mac and cheese was forgettable, really wanted ribs and brisket but they always run out when I come

We had the pleasure of trying the smoked beef brisket loaded breakfast taco at LA 23 BBQ, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and each bite was a delight. The staff were friendly and inviting, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This gem was recommended by several of our colleagues, and it certainly lived up to the hype. We will definitely be returning for more!
