Went and sat in line for thirty minutes at least. When we finally got to the window the staff was incredibly rude and ridiculously high. They handed us stuff that wasn’t ours and when we said it wasn’t ours they told us we didn’t know what we ordered? Even after showing them our receipt, we still had to ask for stuff that they weren’t giving us.

This McDonalds is the worst I have ever been to. Zero stars on service as they will make you wait 45 mins FOR A DRINK, they degrade every costumer and the manager has been seen screaming at costumers after making them wait because they messed up orders. We drive across the bridge to avoid ever going back to this one.

Waited for 45 mins in the drive-thru, they told us to park. First they didn’t give us our drinks. Then they gave us and another person the wrong food. Then we waited another ten minutes to be yelled at by one of the managers to give us our receipt and to move our car. No apologizes for the wait, or anything. Nothing for another ten mins until another older manager comes out and asks for our receipt as well, only to tell her someone else took it. Finally we get our food, but it was still wrong. Have had many unpleasant experiences at this McDonald’s. But they seem to only really happen at night. Me and my family are done with this one. Go to the others, maybe they’ll be somewhat better.

I waited 15min to place order at register while everyone walked back & forward, still wasn’t able to place order inside. I left & just went through drive thru
Just sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes at the speaker. I had already ordered in the app. They kept saying please hold we are in a shift change. When I got my food the fries were cold!! That's ridiculous they couldn't take any orders for 20 minutes.

I've been here about 10 times in the past yr. It's on the way to work and sometimes you get desperate. Every single time this is what I get, half cooked burgers, a pile of grease on the under bun which has to be removed and a middle of grease in the package. Don't go here
