This establishment moved to Belle Chasse Hwy near to where the new Bridge is located. We had a very good lunch with 5 different dishes (Red beans and Rice, Catfish, Shrimp Salad, Fried Shrimp Poboy Cheh Salad) food and atmosphere were terrific. This is a really nice place for lunch with local flavors.
We tried MeMe’s for the first time yesterday and we were SO happy we did! My husband had the burger, which was delicious, but I was recommended the Roast Beef Po Boy (not something I’d normally order) and WOW, it was absolutely delicious! Service was wonderful as well. We can’t wait to go back!
Just visited for the very first time and OMG!!!! Hot Roast Beef Poboy was out of this world!! Great food and prices. Love Mrs. Ruby who works there also. She was sooo sweet. I will definitely be going back.
