First off I ordered the 8 piece chicken. I asked for all dark meat, I got 1/2and1/2. Then Donovan asked me what side I wanted. I asked him what sides do they have. He said it's on the menu. I said no it's not and he said yes it is arguementively rude instead of just trying to help with what sides they have. Donovan is supposed to be a trainer. He did a great job of training me of why I've only been to 3 Popeyes in 28 years here in louisiana.
Dear management if that's what he's training your crew maybe you need to come coach him a bit.

Will consistently get at least one part of your order wrong, from just the sauce to possibly the chicken. Double check your order before driving off. And pray the manager on duty isn't the one that refuses to fix mistakes in orders.
The whole place was dirty and so were the bathrooms. The staff was not very friendly either. And they do not carry cajun sparkle which is not great.
