I wonder if the franchise owner knows that the dine in area is always closed and the door is locked. You can't even walk in to pick up an online order. Today is April the 8th 2024. We placed an online order at 5:50 pm. The order still wasn't ready by 6:57 pm. We couldn't go in to pick up the order. We literally had to wait in the drive through line for 20 minutes just to pick it up. We still weren't able to do so. They pulled us around to the front for another 5 minutes. If the franchise owner is reading this just know, who ever your manager is on shift this evening is screwing with your bottom line, your customers and your income. Thank you for reading this

Store opens at 10. We were the first to arrive at 9:45 and patiently waited for the doors to open. We ordered online at about 10:10. We were asked by the manager in drive thru to pull to front. Doors still locked at 10:47. Still have no order. Went back to drive thru and they again made us pull to front. About 12 other cars have g e through drive thru and received their orders. All of them likely added up to half of our order! This is not the first time this has happened at this Popeyes! They always tell the drive thru that we are messing up their timers! This is the worst Popeyes in the USA! I will never go here again! It is now 10:51 and we just received our order. Hopefully someone from corporate will address this issue at this location! Unacceptable customer service!

Customer service here is ridiculous. Made an order and asked for ranch. When I check my order, no ranch. Suppose to have 3. So I ask for it. They hand me 1. I said I needed 3. The lady working the food counter starts shaking her head at me. Like it's my fault the ranch isn't there. Then again this is the same lady who will lock the front door during the day. Doesn't matter if there is people inside dinning or not.

The food was good.The weird part was, the lobby was locked. So I had to go thru drive thru or order thru the app.When I did order thru the app, after 20mins, I had to knock on the locked door and remind them.
I have been here a couple of times. They are always busy and slow. Food is all okay, though. I showed up for my mobile order and found the lobby closed and locked. I had to go through the drive-thru to fill my order, while some customers seemed to be able to make shady deals at the front door to get food. Sat in drive-thru for a solid 45 minutes waiting to get to the speaker. This is unacceptable. Even when I go in, it seems there is always a lack of care from the workers behind the counter, and there seems to be some stress and tension between them, and there always seems to be an argument going on.Parking: Parking here is minimal in their tiny parking lot. If you are not careful, you can hit someone else's car trying to park.

Place an order online around 1020am for pick up at 1100am. I walked in around 11:20 am and it was not ready. The ticket had to be printed, then I waited in line for another 10 minutes before I received my food. Unacceptable service.

I’ve enjoyed this Popeyes restaurant for Lunch and Dinner until last night. I decided to get Popeyes because it was the only good option in the area. There was nobody in the drive through and still took them 8 minutes to get my order. Once they asked me for my order I couldn’t understand the employee and he started to get sarcastic with me. Kept asking if i wanted to come meet 50 cents inside the restaurant; I didn’t know if that was a threat or making fun of how i talked. Once I left Popeyes, I checked my food and it was prepared sloppily and the fries were cold. I will never give this Popeyes my business ever again.
