im sitting in front of the building at 12:37 and they are closed when there store hours say they are open i just think this is very bad advertising.

Last night was one of the worst times Ive gone. Told the lady I want the 2 sandwiches the way it comes. I had to ask her to put the sauce on one if them once I saw her put it in the toaster since I noticed she didnt. "Oh? You dont want it on after?" No I dont...plus the sauces are at the beginning not the end. Admit you forgot it. The other lady kept asking me what veggies I wanted after she put on every single veg, even after her coworker and I told her the way it comes. The service here has been a hit or total miss since before Covid. Wish the other locations were closer than they are, they have better service.

Closes at 9pm. Got there at 850 (which I admit is very late, and I opened the door and apologized) but they said they were closed....if you close at 9...close at 9. If you close at 850, close at 850. Given they were already almost completely done cleaning, I'd say they closed around 830. Poor customer service.

Ordered on line with specific instructions to remove onions from sandwich the put extra onions. That is all we could taste on sandwich. Ordered loaded tator tots But received regular tots. We paid extra for loaded. Plus the were cool not warm or crispy and the bag they put them in allowed them to get smashed being in the bag with sandwiches. On the chicken sandwich the bacon was maybe a 1/2 slice thought they forgot as could not taste see. They were working with several orders only 2 employees and one of them were new and the other employee was trying to train while trying to get orders out. The chili tasted old first time trying it. Will try again but was disappointed in the food on this trip

The workers are kind and friendly, and the food is hreat and price isn't bad, my friend and I got 2 12 inch sandwiches and 2 drinks for only about 10 dollars

The food we great! It's been years since I had Quiznos. I literally woke up with a strange craving for it. We walked in and was greeted. They were starting to pick up, and one of the ladies just became extremely rude and pushy as if I was taking too long to determine what I wanted exactly. The service could have been better. It's not many available I'm starting to see why.
