Idk, I got food poisoning twice at this place. You think I would have learned from the first time but I figured it was just a fluke as I had a good meal there before. The third and last time I went I brought my now wife to and it took us both out. It was the last day I was stationed in Louisiana as I was recently discharged from service to go home so I took my now wife here as a fun last meal only to have a wildly terrible 16 hr drive home of throwing up and cramps.
The staff is great, but the food is way risky.

The food was good the service was excellent but at 50.00 a plate you cannot bring your leftovers home cuz they throw them away. If you dont chose to let them weigh what you have left and pay extra for your leftovers. I'm truely disgusted that with all the ppl out here that are hungry. They would rather throw it away and then have the nargacity to charge you for your leftovers and by the weight of your leftovers!!! Shame on this place for being selfish and greedy to do this!!!!

Our waiter Rory was amazing as always! The alligator bites with sweet chili sauce were on point, my Mardi Gras pirogue was over the moon delicious and the catfish platter was fried to perfection just like my husband wanted!

Great down home restaurant with all kinds of boiled seafood and other entrees. The boiled crab legs and shrimp were absolutely delicious. The fried alligator was also a great entree and their sweet tea was pretty good. Great food from a Belle Chasse staple.

Oh my gosh, so much food!!! We got the boil for 2 and it should've been for 10! It was delicious and the staff was all so sweet and on it! So glad we got out of the city to try something different! Highly recommend.

Food was amazing & for a really great price !!! It was my son’s first time eating seafood and he ate everything, I think his favorite was the Seafood potato. The customer service was phenomenal & Our waiter Rory was the absolute sweetest, if I could give more than 5 stars in this review just for his customer service I would! he even helped me to my car with my food when I had to carry out my son’s car seat. Very family friendly & so inviting!! Definitely recommend to others !!!

Amazing seafood for a great price. I had the 1/2 & 1/2 with shrimp and clam strips and the seafood potato. I would definitely go there again Everytime I am traveling through here

This is my 'go-to' spot. Service is always descent, because we usually ask for Debbie. On this visit, my niece wanted a shrimp po-boy. The shrimp were fried to perfection. Roast beef and hot sausage po-boys hit the spot. And I come a long way to eat here. (Forgot to take photos. They started eating as soon as they got their food and nobody wanted to stop to grab a phone.)

Can't speak for the entirety of the menu, but I did have the chargrilled oysters, which were excellent! I also had boiled shrimp along with chargrilled blue crab on the all you can eat special along with potatoes garlic sausage and mushrooms.
