Please go anywhere but here...Rudest employee ever..The young lady with black hair & glasses has ZERO discipline or self control.. I told her numerous times I did not want her waiting on me, I wanted someone else make my sandwich..When it came time to pay she came back to the register, she continued with her attitude so I told her to go I did not want to deal with her. She took my sandwich & threw it on the back counter & told me it was gonna stay there all afternoon.I had already put my bank card in to pay she started hollering for me to hit the pay button..I told her to go & get someone else I wasn't dealing with her she reaches over to hit the transaction button & I reach over to pull my bank card out this trick slaps my hand & tries grabbing my hand scratching me...Like I said no self control or discipline...She once again starts hollering for me to leave...I asked the young man next to her if he would check me out so I could go, which he did & I left..Went in today to speak to management...Some lady with rotten teeth said the mgr watched the video & that I touch her when she went to hit the no tip button..SUCH A LIE...This young lady had no business/authority to hit any buttons regarding my bank card transaction !!! This is what is out there working in these fast food restaurants for little pay...And of course these establishments cannot keep workers so they allow this kind of behavior...HOPEFULLY THE NEXT PERSON SHE PUTS HER HANDS ON WILL COST SUBWAY GULF IN BELLE CHASSE,LA. A NICE LAWSUIT !!! To many other place to support in the community for me to do business there ever again... OH AND THERE LETTUCE WAS 1/2 WILTED TOO....

Horrible staff and management these lady workers are rude and disrespectful to people all the time and don’t want to be held accountable for their mistakes and expect you to know what’s on the menu and they always have a type of sacasm to their tone after their being wrong,I’m in the military and always go here and see them talk to people bad as if we’re dumb all the time very bad for business??

Online order two foot longs both of which were supposed to be toasted and were not. Order extra cheese also was not. When picking up order cold drink now we’re in bag on top of ships and sandwiches. Young girl behind counter got pissy with me when I said that’s not good to put cold drinks on hot food for two reasons(makes the food cold and drinks hot). He response was well they’re just cold cuts anyway, which tells me they knew they didn’t toast them. So did they just not care to do their job correctly or just can’t read and follow directions?

I’ve been to so many Subway Sandwich Shops and I will say that this one is by far The Cleanest? The girls were so polite and accommodating with my order. Be sure to check them out if your in the area???

Horrible customer service never have I received a correct order when using take out. Also they never answer the phone and just hang up on incoming calls.
