Don’t do online pickup inside. You’ll wait until every single order is done in the drive thru. Mine got overlooked and so others after me got theirs picked up and the lady at least acknowledged and offered me a free drink which I thought was respectable.

Unfortunately, I do not recommend this Taco Bell. This was an online order placed in the evening 11/17/2024. I arrived to pick up my four items, two burritos and two Chalupas approximately 40 minutes after I made the order (which was plenty time to make the order). As I walked in, the cashier saw me and walked to the corner over by the drive-thru window. I waited for about 2 minutes as It appeared that she was on her phone. After a brief waiting period of me tapping on the counter trying to get her attention; she finally looked over and acknowledged that I was there. I let her know that I had a pickup from an online order. It then took her another moment to figure out who I was as she stared off at her screen. “Yeah, it'll be just a moment!” she said. With a bewildered look on my face, I said “It's not ready yet?”. She said “no, not yet”. I looked around; there were no other customers inside. So up to this point, the restaurant was dead, and it had been about 45 min and my four items had not been made by that time. The first two burritos were on my order were made quickly. But I noticed that she had made my two burritos without gloves. After she put them on the grill, she then put on her gloves. So, I politely mentioned about her handling my burritos without gloves? She already knew that; but my comment did not make her very happy since I called her out on it. So without hesitation she took the burritos off the grill and went to assist the cook with the order. I noticed she was whispering to the cook and so I stated to pay attention and sure enough that cook looked right at me for a brief moment and then turned back to her. Well, that made me paranoid, as if they might have done something nefarious to my order. Needless to say, I was fairly nervous to eat the food that I just purchased, so I didn’t.

Typical taco bell. There was no one there at the time I was. What I do not like is no one at the counter to greet you and take the order. You have to do everything in a kiosk
I travel all over the country. I've eaten at a lot of Taco Bells. The Belle Chasse one heading south is extremely clean. Food came out fast and was put together great. Very Clean Taco
First off the restaurant was clean I must say, our order was screwed up, we only received half of what we ordered and payed for, had to bring our to their attention, staff wasn't rude nor friendly, experience was ok I guess in today's society, I really hate the new ordering system with a kiosk, only human interaction is when receiving food, I'll try again in the future but not anytime soon
