The lady behind the counter is extremely rude. This is the 2nd time I have got coffee and donuts from here. Both times she had an attitude. As always coffee and donuts were great. Just unfortunate about the attitude. Have a great day ❤️

I’ve stopped here 3 times. The first two were a good experience. We actually dined in once and our waitress was very sweet and kept checking on us. We stopped here just now and the girl working tonight seemed to be upset or in a bad mood. Weird thing it was just with us. I ordered a donut and she packed it and gave us the total without asking if we wanted anymore. So I ordered two more but she did the same thing. She had about another 5 customers dining in but it seemed the problem was just us, the only two Latinos in there. Shrug. Also, why did my chocolate chip cookie only have like three chocolate chips?! lol

customer service ordering pickup was real nasty today. ordering 3breakfast sandwiches asking for butter on all toast “i always put butter on them” well one time i was given one with cheese & egg only with no sausage as asked for, one day there was no butter the sandwich was soft from sausage grease & i let it slide. if you don’t like your job then find another one. over the phone service has been more trash than a good one. a name is never taken for orders so when i come they automatically know its me because i order the exact same thing every time. will be my last time being a customer here & this is why i never tip!
