Went to dine this week and arrived 30 minutes before closing and plenty of open tables. Was told they were not seating anymore or taking any more orders. We arrived earlier and they were on a waiting list. We said we would return later.
Very disappointed.
If you close earlier than your posted hours, change your hours of operation.

All you can eat crawfish when it's in season is great. My kids really enjoy the snow crabs and my husband loves the boiled shrimp.

glad to find this place, where locals go, had better seafood than at Bourbon St last night, although unless you buy alcohol, they make you pay for bottled water instead of serving you tap water, on top of that they do charge you fees for using cards unless you pay cash, those I wasn’t so impressed

31AUG24 ~ They nickel & dime you to death. They charge you for water! They charge you for using a credit card, even if you do not use a credit card! French fries do NOT come with a fried seafood dish, any seafood dish! The portions are "Child's Portions!" (Except the salad) Recommend you go find a real seafood restaurant, not this shyster outfit.

I had the soft shell crab plate the flavor was there, but the crabs ? were way too small. I called them crablets. A little warning would have been nice. I normally love this place. I drive about 50 miles to get there, but this was my first time getting the softshell crab plate and my last time.

I been coming here since their opening and have always enjoyed the food. Especially the boiled seafood. This visit I ordered the seafood platter, which really is a bargain for what you get. The only thing I would say is the batter that it’s fried in is unseasoned. Like some of the other comments, it’s rather bland. However, the seafood itself is alway fresh. I’ve gotten the boiling pot platters and it’s very good and seasoned well, not to mention it’s a bargain for what you get. Jamie, my waitress, was as enjoyable to have wait on me as was the food.
I've lived close to this place for over 2 years and have never eaten there. Yesterday my cousin from California was in town and wanted seafood. We ended up there because the normal place we go for seafood was closed on Sunday. The boiled seafood was amazing and the cajun rolls and onion rings were awesome. Highly recommend.

The food here is fantastic. I bring all of my out of town guests here for good seafood and gumbo. They have a good sweet tea also.
The cuisine and service is top class. My choices are valued up there in price such as the dungeones crab platter that include large unpeeled shrimp, sausage, red potatoes and cobbed corn. (An OMG! thing. There's also the ALL YOU EAT CRAW FISH. And so much on the menu. Service is Great too.
When I get the hankering for more, I can't wait to return.
