So disappointing, I worked at this location when I was in my teens , loved it way back then , the last two times I’ve been here it was terrible… sad sad this place use to be hoppin and good

Sweet people but the food was just BAD. Our oysters were not consumable and they smelled terrible. They did not honor the discount for joining the rewards that they have posted on a huge sign right by the order window. If you’re not going to honor the discount don’t have it posted right at the window. But the food was the big issue here. Paid 30$ for two plates of food that was not edible due to rotten seafood. The people were nice tho.
The other night we ate at glenns and we had the nicest lady i ever met the mang. Then today I call and I get the rudest person on the phone more people like the night mang

No trip to Louisiana is complete without a PoBoys, and Glens Drive Inn did not disappoint!!!!! Friendly staff, one heck of a cook, and the most patient cashier! Thank you all for a great Louisiana experience!

Nice people, okay food, really bad experience not sure if it was a one off because I’ve always enjoyed the Franklinton location. My bf ordered a plain hamburger, received it dressed, they took it to the back for five minutes but had obviously just scraped everything off and reassembled it (lettuce pieces still on it- mayo soaked into the bun etc), I went up and requested they remake it, 15 minutes into waiting for the new one I hear someone order the exact burger plain. After another 15 minutes a he receives his and we still haven’t gotten ours. I then had to ask the kitchen when ours would be coming out and it was still 10 minutes after that. We were there for an hour. They have a no refund policy.

We ate at Glenn’s 7-30-2024 & the food was great !! But our cashier/waitress Lauren was AWESOME !!!! She was so helpful & even saved us $10 by scanning a barcode.
