Nice people, okay food, really bad experience not sure if it was a one off because I’ve always enjoyed the Franklinton location. My bf ordered a plain hamburger, received it dressed, they took it to the back for five minutes but had obviously just scraped everything off and reassembled it (lettuce pieces still on it- mayo soaked into the bun etc), I went up and requested they remake it, 15 minutes into waiting for the new one I hear someone order the exact burger plain.
