I went through the drive thru to place my order, which included 1 sausage biscuit, 1 biscuit and gravy, 1 side of bacon and 1 bowl of grits. The woman at the window did not utter a single word to me the entire time I was waiting at the window, paying and waiting for my order. I was handed my order without a single acknowledgement that I was even a human being. I had to ask for the condiments that already comes with grits (butter, salt, pepper), and was looked at like I was causing her great harm to even ask for anything. She stuffed everything in my order into one small bag. By the time I got home the grits, which had the lid not put on properly and some of the bowl the grits were in was split from too high heat, and having everything piled into one tiny bag, the grits spilled all over the wrappers of the biscuits and the inside of the bag. The bacon was also undercooked and not edible at all. Do better Hardee's!!!

Early morning visit before work, staff was friendly and food was prepared quickly. Overall a good experience.
Typical bad attitude employees. But not always. Food is always hit & miss. When it’s done right it’s good. Of course they screw up pretty consistently though. And I mean we’re talking about Bogalusa here so you can’t expect great service. They are overpriced as well. But overpricing is everywhere nowadays.
