I went to this McDonald’s and ordered a Fanta. I had to get the blue one because they said that the red was defrosting? Well I get home and drink the Fanta. About a half hour or an hour later I’m vomiting all of it out, food poisoning. Be careful when ordering from this McDonald’s

Cold food, day or night, poor customer service, lack of consideration, always missing items, I was the only curbside order at 7:53 am and they cancelled my curbside made me go to drive through handed me they same order with a stage ticket from where it was already been made and sat there not fresh cold all hotcakes sandwiches and hashbrowns were cold and extremely unsatisfactory bearly touched any of it.

If I could give zero stars I would, its always some shit with this place. Either the food ain't right, or im missing something or I have to wait 5 business days for my food. Literally just waited 12 minutes for 2 cookies and ended up leaving bc you can't go inside bc the doors are locked half the time. Yet they want $25 an hour...absolutely not🤣

It was the best McDonald's I ever been to the young man that was the manager on duty his name was Junior I think .. he was the nicest and best customer service I've ever had at any McDonald's ever in my life my family was also impressed he apologized for our wait and was absolutely lovely with us we will return to that McDonald's because of him

Easily one of the worst McDonald's experiences I've ever had. The food was both dry and soggy at the same time, I got a hamburger and it was dry as a bone and the bun was soggy. Beyond that, at both windows both of the girls working basically just ignored my existence. Literally just took my card, closed the window, open the window and hand my card back, then I pull up to get my food and the girl there opens the window, hands me a chocolate milk, closes the window and then opens it again, hands me a bag, doesn't say a single word, doesn't even look me in my face. I didn't even know if I had gotten my whole order. I know working at McDonald's isn't great, but at least offer an iota of customer service so that I know that I got everything and don't have to dig to my bag in line to make sure it's there.
Edit to add that when we get back on the road and my child opened her six-piece nuggets, there were three in there and because I was already on my way out of town we could not turn around, and we do not live there so we were not offered a chance to have our money refunded only to come back and get food there.

I ordered 2 mcdonald land meals. The shakes tasted like chemicals, and they didn't even include the pink whip cream. Food always comes cold. Lower and lower quality for food that gets more expensive but what can you expect anymore..
Drive thru repeated my order 2 x. At the cash window I questioned the 7$ charge in person 2x order pickup thr drink was wrong. The bag contained the wrong order. We spoke to the checkout person who then started to argue with us. I then demanded my money back. The incorrect items were returned. They gave me the remainder of my money. Only one McDonalds in bogalusa. The reviews are 3.3 average. This place should be sold or shut down
