Drive thru repeated my order 2 x. At the cash window I questioned the 7$ charge in person 2x order pickup thr drink was wrong. The bag contained the wrong order. We spoke to the checkout person who then started to argue with us. I then demanded my money back. The incorrect items were returned. They gave me the remainder of my money. Only one McDonalds in bogalusa. The reviews are 3.3 average. This place should be sold or shut down

It's like someone keeps hitting me on the head for my idea to come to this "restaurant" if you can call it that. The person behind the counter was soo rude, this place is just horrible. It wouldn't be that bad if the food was good and you actually get all your food is a gamble. This place is as hood as it gets.

Only went through the drive thru. Ten o'clock and I was the last customer for the night. Fries were still hot. I recommend this McDonalds unless you want a Quarter Pounder. They are scratched off the menu.

The African American girl with the long straight black hair and fake eye lashes is highly rude and this is the 3rd day in a row of my car specially has been pulled to the front with 4 cars behined me going out. She needs to be fired. She cusses at customers, she has an attitude and she's just nasty. Anyone who touches their hair and then the food without washing hands should not be in food industry. She also claims that she's the manager but I'm pretty sure a manager should know that a mobile order if it isn't at the front desk that it's in the Drive-Thru and she didn't even bother looking.
