Why are they picking up the phone and then just leaving me and answer not talking to me for 10 minutes then I try to call back and they have the phone line busy also they messed up my sandwich and would not take responsibility

Tried to order a cold cut combo and the associate put bologna only on the sandwich. I pulled up a Subway menu to show her and she told me that all of the meats are in the bologna. I asked the manager and she said that the meats that were on the sandwich were right. I walked out. All of the Subway shops I have gone to have always followed the menu. Bogalusa Subway needs proper training.
Went today and ordered a salad with steak. Checked out and pick up my bag and it was literally just a bowl of cheese and steak. Asked the girl if she forgot to the bowl of lettuce in the bag and she said “you didn’t tell me you wanted lettuce, so I just charged you for a side of steak and cheese.”

Stood at the counter over 5 minutes.Could hear employees talking and laughing in the back. Finally went to an angle where I could see them and asked if they were open today. The girl who spotted me told the younger gentleman to come out and wait on me and another customer. No apologies, no nothing.Turned and walked out.
