Excellent service! Meshah, our waitress, was very attentive. We placed our order, and our food was out within 15 min. Very impressive.
My family loves to dine in and enjoy the hibachi. We take the grand babies here all the time the rice is their favorite 😍. Kelsey, Amie, Kristen and Meshah make a great team 👏👏
Kelsey’s attitude towards both customers and co-workers is consistently poor. She’s rude, unhelpful, and seems to take little interest in resolving issues professionally. Instead of defusing situations, she often makes them worse with her dismissive and confrontational behavior. It’s clear she lacks basic customer service skills, and dealing with her is more of a headache than it should ever be. Definitely not someone who adds value to the team.
