Taste like water just like all other locations, specifically the Houma location. I ordered Nectar Cream and there is no creamy taste at all. Only reason they have 2 stars is because the ice was right on Friday, today, not so much (I included the photo and it was overridden when I added Friday’s pic; took a live pic through the review tool😩). I live out of state so the only reason I stop at Brooke’s is cause they are convenient and to scratch my snowball itch. #dry #tastelikeicealone

all food items we have had is exceptionally good! the eggrolls are our personal favs & classic nachos. However, the last 4 times we ordered snowballs (kids fav) only the top1/3 of the snowball had flavor on it. After getting past the top portion the remained just ice. The biggest disappointment was the ice was not that of a snowball at all, my kids finished there’s but I couldn’t do the chunky ice esp with no flavor. Disappointing bc we are huge fans and we usually eat dinner then get dessert. I’ve since had to switch my usual up. service is always great amd always very clean! we still love brooke’s

I took an order from Doordash, I was to pick up 2 small snowballs.
This place had me wait over thirty minutes to pick up that Doordash order. That's just unacceptable. I will reject Doordash orders from this address from now on.
To whoever replied: I never said what day I was there on. The review I posted did not happen the day I posted it. And I absolutely have the correct location in Boutte, LA.
I live right down the street so no, I've never been to any other location other than the Boutte location.

I took my daughter here today and we had some very overpriced food that was not so good.
My shrimp poboy had overcooked shrimp on it. And my onion rings were nearly ashes. My wife absolutely hated her club sandwich and threw it away. $54 for 3 lunch combos that are nearly inedible is unacceptable. I'll never eat here again.

Some sweet girl Madyson took my order yesterday she was so respectful and understanding. Only 2 young girls working but working hard!! Definitely come try this place out

This place only gets one star cause the food was good. So i was there on Saturday and the service from a girl named Madisyn was awful she kept rolling her eyes at us while we were trying to order and talking about going on break. There legit was only one girl doing the mobile orders and stuff her other coworkers were not helping her at all which was messed up. The food took forever to reach the table while we were the only ones there. Also the prices we were charged were wrong i was charged an extra dollar on my fries and the chicken wings were $.50 for a combo which we ordered and didn't get. Needless to say I'm never coming back
