Ordered a whooper, only onions, but received with everything except onions. Chicken nuggets hard and stale. Did not include requested sauce with nuggets.

My family and I just left there. 3 - 12 count chicken fries were ordered. 1 box, there were 9 and the 2 other boxes only had 8. The french fries were soggy and not cooked all of the way. They forgot the BBQ sauce that was requested as well. They gave me 1 straw for 2 drinks. The worst Burger King experience ever had.

Today was excellent and should be complimented by all. Went to the restaurant to grab lunch. Ordered using the mi ole app. I thought what I ordered came with drinks I asked the gentleman in the window about my drinks. He told me I didn't order drinks with that code. He was right. But while I was searching the app;; he offered me small complimentary drinks for the inconvenience. Wow!!!! Afterwards my food came back made incorrectly. I proceeded to walk in the restaurant to address the mistake. The general manager was cleaning a window while the crew was busy with customers. One of the grill workers saw me with the sandwich and immediately acknowledged me. There was no fight or fuss....they simply wanted to make it right. And they did. As they were remaking my sandwich; I notice something I hadn't seen in years.......every one of the workers( young BLACK MEN, was in complete uniform with their shirts tucked in and belts. Their attitudes were phenomenal. The service was great and they deserve to be recognized. Mistakes are inevitable. I don't have an issue with their mistake... AT ALL! It was the way the handled me after I brought the mistake to their attention. They made it right..IMMEDIATELY! Without question. And the atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing! Hats off to the management and especially to those young men. They made me proud. They made my day. STRAWBERRY

Went here for breakfast if it wasn't cold and hard the service was crap the girl in drive thru doesnt belong in customer service and was about as rude as she could be will not recommend this place

The french fries taste like burnt Grease I had no Coke no Dr pepper in the root beer tasted flat and my Whopperwas soggy like it been on the shelf for a while
The food is usually wrong and always cold. The fries look like they have been sitting out all day. The workers just have a really down attitude about being at work and they don't know how to turn the mic off to the drive thru so you can usually hear the conversation they are having inside sitting outside in the drive thru line.

I tried to go in a whole hour before dine in closes and doors where locked if u can't go by ur own house of operation why have dine in

Workers must not want to work. Who doesn’t have the drive through open at 5:30am for breakfast crowd but has time to stand at the window and drink coffee
