I’m staying close to this location while working outta town and the first time I just chalked it that someone was having a bad day and excused the rude behavior. But now this is the third time I’ve had someone cut me off while ordering and acting as if I’m unconvincing them by asking them to take my order. Staff is just flat out rude and act like you’re interfering with what ever they got going on. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

I got 3 items. I was asked to pull up. My bacon and sausage egg and cheese biscuit was horrible. First off no bacon, my biscuit was broken up and crunchy like a cracker. My wife's egg-normious burrito was cold in middle and tortilla was freaking hard like it was heated up for yesterday left over and my vanilla iced coffee had no ice. This place was freaking ridiculous and horrible. We threw away the food and went to the Wendy's down the road. Where the food was fresh. I am following up with bk corporate and reaching out the franchise owner.

The people who work at night either have bad understanding, or just don't want to work. I repeat my order multiple times and they still mess it up. I never have a problem at other times. I will stop coming here at night if they are gonna mess up your order on purpose. Plus, you have to pull up to wait for your food every time at night, nothing is ever ready, even if it's just a burger and fries!! They should hire new workers on night crew, they obviously don't know what they're doing.

I eat fast food atleast twice a week and I never right reviews but I had to pre warn the public...do not go here!!! Now I did go around midnight but they are open 24 hrs so that shouldn't matter. The fries tasted like stale grease, the chicken sandwich was hard as a rock, and the whopper had a foul smell. Stay away!!!! I legit took a bite of everything and had to toss bout $20 worth of food. I'm still in disbelief that burger king would put out this caliber of food.
