My family and I came down on our way to georgia,and stopped by this I hop,everything was great from the wait,to the service from our server Mellisa,to the food ,I would recommend this I hop,Thank you melissa for you great service!

Our waitress, Tracy, was nice. That’s about the only good part. It was extremely cold inside. Our food got cold almost as soon as we got it. We asked about the temperature & were told it was adjusted. We spent over an hour shivering. Other patrons agreed about the cold. Tracy even said it’s too cold. They refunded part of our meal.

We was seated and told our waitress would be with us ASAP. We was the only people in there. Then we realized that our waitress was the manager and she was sitting at a table doing paperwork. When she came to the table and we said we thought she was another customer she told us she was finishing her paperwork first. The parking lot was full of cars....guess it was students from the school that park there during the day. The food was ok.

Slowest service ever. They offer all you can eat pancakes, but take 20 minutes between orders. The place was almost empty, I'd hate to see it on a busy day.

We were there on May 18, 2024. During our visit, I went to the women’s bathroom. It smelled like sewer. When I tried to wash my hands, there was no soap. I told the host and he said, “it’s why we have the hand sanitizer.” My friend tried to use the ladies’ room before she left but couldn’t take the smell. She asked a worker if she could use the men’s room and he stood outside. There was no soap there either and asked how they wash their hands. He said they had an employees’ bathroom so she asked if they had hand soap in their bathroom. He said they did so she asked him to go get her some.
I have called 3 times asking for a manager or area manager to call me. My complaint was closed because the notes said they apologized and I was ok with it. I never received a call. I asked that if I don’t answer when I call, to just leave a message. The call center rep in my third call said they’re supposed to leave a message with a call back number.
I spoke with a lady who was in the restaurant when we were there and she said it always smelled like sewer in the ladies room. The host also said it smells like that when it rains.
I don’t live there so I won’t be back but I wanted to warn others.

One cook and one waitress very slow...lady wouldn't shut up and take our order or bring us our food one in our party didnt even get to eat their food was brought in a to go container and were told we had to leave they wanted to close early and refused service to a guy who walked in well before close..absolutely horrible service definitely don't recommend this ihop its a disgrace to ihops it needs a new manager the waitress said shes family and was even on the phone talking to the manager or mom while helping us talking about going to the beach to tan

This place is not open at 6am as stated. There's usually only one car in the parking lot. If you can't keep decent service and hours here then just shut this place down. Peace.
Legitimately the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. There were literally 9 people in the entire place between our table and the only other table there and it still took over an hour for food. No one brought us drink refills until after our food was served. Half the food came out 20 minutes before the other half. What came out was soggy and cold. 3 of us had to change what we ordered when the waitress came back to our table 15+ minutes after we ordered and said they were out of what we ordered. I don't expect much when I go to an IHOP. But geeze.

If you are a Hahnville Student. DO NOT BUY A PARKING SPOT HERE. First, the price for a month is like double or even triple the amount you would pay the school for a parking spot for the whole year. Second, the lady there scams students out of their money, telling them if they don’t get their car they are going to call a tow company. Overall, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS IN ANY WAY.

Our family of 14 stopped in for a late breakfast and as soon as we entered the establishment, we were greeted by Shelly. It was hot when we walked in & I mentioned it, and Shelley assured me that it would cool off soon because she had just readjusted everything. She then engaged conversation with my daughter(4) & asked her if she wanted her to make a special pancake. We were unaware that she would serve us as we had been told once we were seated that we would have a different server. Shelly’s personality & customer service was IMPECCABLE!!! My daughter got her pancake(AMAZING) & by the time we were paying, we felt as though she was a family friend. She was warm, compassionate, & dedicated. We not once had to ask for a refill & the food was delicious. We are visiting from Texas & Shelly even gave us some hotspots to hit while we vacation. Shelly deserves a raise!!! lol

Let me tell ya I love the atmosphere. Beautiful people. Shelly Perez and her daughter are the absolute best in the world. Beautiful beautiful attitude and service. The whole crew are great people and my family felt right home. We are from KY and they treat us like family. Good people.
