This is the worst place to order pizza from! 2 hours and we still don’t have our pizza. I called to find out what’s going on and the lady hung up on me! It’s pathetic! We will NEVER ORDER FROM HER EVER AGAIN! How do these people have jobs! If I owned this place I would fire this person immediately! What a joke!

Absolutely amazing! The food was delicious! We haven't had this great of pizza in a long time. Definitely better than other establishments. My family and I can't rave enough about your pizza. Above and beyond. Even came across the river to deliver when other stores 5 minutes from us won't even deliver to us. Thank you Papa Johns for an amazing dinner experience. (The 3 stars is on account of the management and the customer service I received from management) After today, this will be my last time ordering from this location. The bar for their employees is clearly set to NON-EXISTENT! I went into pick up my food, and it wasn’t until I added a side to my existing order that I noticed the workers (most of which are teens) don’t wear gloves. The employee used his bare hands to retrieve food from the freezer then did a food count of my order using his bare hands. I asked one of the managers was gloves a requirement for the employees, he told me no, they were not, they just require them to wash their hands. I sAid well I’m not trying to get anyone in trouble, but i just watched him count my chicken with his bare hands. He said “oh I assure u our oven is so hot it will kill any germs, but that is a reasonable question and you have the right to ask” The manager informed me that he would speak to the employee about this, which I did see him do. The said employee then went to the sink and did a quick RINSE (not a thorough wash).
While I truly appreciate the follow-up action of the manager, it is still not enough considering the employees are handling people’s FOOD!!
The management and staff for the most part is attentive. No organization is truly perfect but they try.

Just ordered take out, got ripped off on a 2 liter, got 2 16oz, food is cold, there isn't any meat on my cheese steak sandwich. This place sucks!!! Wish I could give it a zero.
