Ordered chicken sandwiches online for pick up only to be told they didn’t have any when I showed up to get my order. Was told to cancel my order on the app which is impossible so I go inside to ask if an item of equivalent value could be provided. Was then told that, with a ridiculous amount of attitude, they cannot do that and if I wanted to get food I would have to place an additional order which I wasn’t going to do. So essentially I placed an order for food, paid for it, and left the store with nothing because they refused to be of any help. I haven’t been to this location in years purely because of its reputation for being nothing short of horrible and it held up to that reputation with flying colors

By far the slowest Popeyes I have ever been to and has been the slowest for years. Had to get out of my car after being told 5 minutes for a chicken sandwhich and waiting 25 minutes at the drive thru stop sign and it wasn’t even busy. This place is horrendous and then they give to an attitude like your inconveniencing them

The blackened chicken tenders from this location are always freshly cooked, tender, juicy & flavorful. They get it right at the Boutte location. Each time I'm in the area, it's a definite visit. ??
Had to wait 25 minutes for a spicy chicken sandwich, there was 8 employees and 3 managers all in the building, only have 30 minutes for my lunch break. Wouldn't recommend this location!
I've been here on several different occasions. Most of the time I have no problem. But I have had several bad experiences being told to pull forward and waiting upwards of 12 to 15 minutes for an order of nuggets. NEVER going back to this location.

First off I ordered online I get to drive thru window they said they didn’t have any chicken sandwiches and they couldn’t cancel my order that I’d have to go on app and cancel. I tried and couldn’t cancel so I parked and go inside they had attitudes as if I was suppose to forget the money I paid and my food and just leave. Then they mysteriously all of a sudden have chicken sandwiches. Now they only have Hawaiian Punch for drinks nothing else.Cashier at the register phone rings she just walks off the manager sees that and says nothing. Then I stood there for at least 15 min while the nonchalantly fixed my order. Never gotta worry about me spending my money there again.

The owners need to pay attention to their employees. At 8:30pm they stop making their orders, and the employees attitude is absolute garbage. If the owners don’t make this place better, it’s going to shut down.
