5/9/25 I ordered a son of a baconator & a Asiago chicken sandwich. When I got my food, the order was wrong & had gotten a classic chicken sandwich instead. I brushed it out. Within hours of eating the food, I was sick, running fever… I got food poisoning, I eat at this Wendy frequently & never experienced this before.

This place is absolutely horrible. Sat in line for 15 minutes waiting to be served just to finally leave and drive around the corner to see two employees smoking outside and they had the audacity to yell at me and tell me to go ahead and leave. I will never visit this place again.

This location was very professional. The manager was very professional, and the speed of making sure that the drive thru orders was delivered to the customer in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to have gone to the Boutte/ Luling in St. Charles Parish. The employee at the drive thru did her part by assisting her crew with getting the backup orders correctly by remembering what order went with which car. Thanks to that location, everyone was on one accord. Smooches

I live in the area and from the other reviews, trust me it always smells like horrible grease. The girl at the window gave me an attitude cause after they were out of chocolate shake (understandable) she tried to tell me a vanilla frosty doesn’t exist. She continued to say “so you got your card right? Bye.” When I was just asking for a substitute for a chocolate. All I had on my order was that and some fries but the attitude was unexpected.

I had a double stack Biggie bag with nuggets. One had a chicken burger with fries. Another had nuggets and fries. And we all had drinks. Needless, to say by that night we were all experiencing symptoms of food poisoning. Including a couple who also had food from a Popeye’s right across the street. I don’t know if it was solely the food, the drinks, the ice in the drinks, the area had cross contamination in their shared systems, or all of the above, but I don’t advise anyone to go here. I do know none of us shared any food. Today is Thursday 4-4-24 and I’m still getting over that sickening experience. If anyone sees this place, please pass it right on by. Don’t stop!

They literally never have anything except a piss poor attitude. I know your life sucks working at Wendy’s but that isn’t my issues babes ? They actually need to turn off services on DoorDash considering you pay for an entire meal just for them to not have literally anything. Useless.
