À lady by the name of cheeky when I stated her first name employees her name is cheeky and she had terrible customer service . She even threatened to smack me if I didn’t pull up to wait for fresh food .

Clerk was really short, she cut me off told me pull up before I was finished. I said hello at the speaker and she yelled I told you pull up. I said I wasn't finished and she yelled pull up !!! Pull up told her I need to order something else but she cut me off. She said i couldn't order at the window. WTC !!!! Mind you this was at 11pm and no other customers!!!

The manger there at night was so rude horrible service did take out had to come back and get all the food they didn’t put in the bag I was so shocked she acted like it was our fault so rude how is she even a manager

If I could give this Wendy's no stars I would, this one SUCKS, the workers here are the worst!! They are so disrespectful, one literally yelled from the drive through window to the mobile app parking for me to come pick up my food from their instead of them bringing it out. RUN TO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!

Sandy and her co-worker was very polite.
Very respectful and kind
And doing their job respectfully in a proper manner of taking care of their customers. And making sure the big got our orders right? It was very patient.
And I thank god for them

5/9/25 I ordered a son of a baconator & a Asiago chicken sandwich. When I got my food, the order was wrong & had gotten a classic chicken sandwich instead. I brushed it out. Within hours of eating the food, I was sick, running fever… I got food poisoning, I eat at this Wendy frequently & never experienced this before.
