Like most places the service was slow, for a fast food joint. Staff was friendly and apologetic for the slow service but I didn't see any reason for the three customers to be delayed for 20 plus minutes per order.
Everytime I visit at this Arby's while traveling through the employees have always been kind and the food delicious. I was there once when I saw only two employees working and it was very busy both inside and the drive-thru—and the employee that took my order still has great customer service. This Arby's always looks clean when I arrive there to order.
