If the employees got off of their phones, they might notice that they had customers in the front, they’d also notice that there was no ketchup. While I was standing & waiting for an employee, the gentleman was kind enough to look up at me from his phone, then turn right back TO his phone. No greeting, no customer count, not even a smile. I’m glad I no longer lead restaurants, I’ve definitely terminated people for less.

We normally have a good experience at Arby's. The Breaux Bridge location could use a lesson from Chick-fil-A. The woman in charge was loud and berating her crew in front of Customers. A female Employee flipped off her coworkers while getting a soda for herself. We are on a long road trip from Florida to Texas hoping to relax and have lunch. The atmosphere was toxic. Perhaps they should have a goal to receive positive feedback rather than negative.

We ate there today. According to the manager on duty (Toya), one of our sandwiches took longer to make than it should have. She patiently explained to (new worker?) Dillon what he could have done to speed up the order. Toya's willingness to have a highly trained team to exceed customer expectations is a refreshing perspective. Great experience! Will come back here when we're in town again!

Extremely slow workers almost acted high. In a truck stop they need fast workers because truck drivers don’t have time to wait 15 mins for a roast beef sandwich
Poor management dont know how to treat with customers. Plz avoid them buy from burger king very close to it.
Not horrible. Truck parking isn't great. But it wasn't to bad.
They have no idea what's going on.

I’ve gotten sick another arbys before, but I wanted to try the new burger out.. not only did this one put on toppings I asked to be removed, but they was about to have me sick again with this meat. Consistently disappointing.

I ordered 10 sandwiches and 4 LG ff was only given 2 bbq sauce. I asked for more and was told I had to buy it. They are .50 per package. This is ridiculous. I counted my sandwiches and only had 7 I told them I ordered 10. The girl said how many do you have? I watched her put them in the bag so apparently she didn't count them. The 5.00 worth of sauce o bought was not Arby sauce...just regular bbq sauce. It tasted horrible.
