I’ve gotten sick another arbys before, but I wanted to try the new burger out.. not only did this one put on toppings I asked to be removed, but they was about to have me sick again with this meat. Consistently disappointing.

I ordered 10 sandwiches and 4 LG ff was only given 2 bbq sauce. I asked for more and was told I had to buy it. They are .50 per package. This is ridiculous. I counted my sandwiches and only had 7 I told them I ordered 10. The girl said how many do you have? I watched her put them in the bag so apparently she didn't count them. The 5.00 worth of sauce o bought was not Arby sauce...just regular bbq sauce. It tasted horrible. Let's do better all the way around!

My fries were cold the last time I went there and the burger was cold
This was a necessary stop while we were caught on the Interstate in a major rain storm. The service was great, the bathrooms (inside the Pilot gas station) were clean, and the milkshakes were delicious.
