Worst BK I’ve eaten , when you go to order it’s like your disturbing them , the fries taste like 2 month old grease and my soda want even carbonated

1st off I'm black, African American etc. Traveling to Metairie,LA. Black guy working drive thru barely knows the menu items, Mix n' match 2 for $5 or $6.
He sounds slo, Im repeating my order over 3xs. I get to the window. He's stares me down like he has something on his mind. I said give me my card I don't have time for this. Nobody need this type of hideous behavior 5am. I've traveled to many BK's LA, Miss, FL, TX, & ATL. This is the 1st time I didn't feel comfortable making my order. No telling how long he would've took to prepare the order. He said: He doesn't knkw what a Mix-Match is!!! I explained it to him & he works at BK!!! #ThatPart once again, It's not BK, it's ppl attitude not the company. It's sad how negative energy transfers from home to work to someone else. He applied for the job, not me. I could've said something disrespectful to him. Only that won't better the situation. So, I asked him to return my card before making the order. I'm now in Lobdell, LA wish me luck smdh

We stood second in line for 15 minutes and the person in front of us didn’t even get their order taken. They weren’t busy at all and you could tell the employees had no sense of urgency, management, or skill for hospitality. No one manned the counter and no one apologized for the long wait. We walked out. Very disappointing.

Terrible experience I found a pice of zip tie in my burger when I was almost done I called the restaurant they said their manager would be contacting me back in 5 mins she did not so I ended up going in person and they just denied everything when I walked back inside asking for a refund I have clear pictures and proof of the plastic pice of zip tie inside I even took it back and they said they where going to check the cameras please corporate do somthing about it

I would rate this place 0 stars ! I returned my food politely ! To receive even worse ! Frozen food ! I’ll take my loss and move on!!! Beware it’s disgusting and the burger a fries tasted like it was hrs old!! The Mac a cheese bites tasted stale a frozen ! Beware!! Just hope I don’t get good poisoning!

Terrible!!! My order was completely wrong. My hamburger was not as ordered, the fries tasted like they were made yesterday. I called them, and they never offered to make it right. This is my 2nd visit is it to this location. Both times the order was wrong. People should take pride in their work.

You can tell these people dont want their job for real. Theyre argumentative, condescending, and very ignorant nine times out of ten. The burgers are rarely hot especially considering you have a 10+ minute wait before you ever get to pay (regardless on amount of customers) then they want you to back up so their times look good but dont have at least common courtesy to give you a correctly dressed burger. I get that this is “fast food” so i shouldn’t expect much but if you applied for the job at LEAST do said job. If i could give 0 stars i would. Between the attitude over a burger and playing the phone WHILE i wait i dont know if its even worth the effort 😐

Just had one of the best burgers of my life in this Burger King. The front counter worker and the cooks know what they're doing! And it's SOO clean! If you're looking for a chill place to eat without breaking your bank this is it!! Edit... please put a baby changing station on the restroom..very needed, especially for long travelers.

DO NOT GO HERE. This burger king is not owned by cooperate. They will do the BARE MINIMUM with your food to save money. They don't salt fries, they buy cheap ingredients, and if you order from the app they just put it on a shelf at the ordering area for anyone to come grab. Most BKs I've been to but them on a warming rack so the food doesn't get cold. So there's literally no point in ordering online here or going here in general. Horrible place.
