Definitely not 24 hrs. Was in the drive-thru/window for 10 minutes. I could see someone cleaning the floors but they never acknowledged that I was there.

Ordered a whooper meal and on the whooper I asked for no onions and add cheese and bacon while standing there waiting I saw the woman making my sandwich take an old sandwich open it up add cheese and bacon to the bottom half and microwave it then put the top back on and rewrap it and to top it off they gave me old cold fries if I wasn't in a hurry and in a 18 wheeler I would have took that mess back only thing decent was the drink smdh

I have never enjoyed a Burger King more. Food was fresh, service was excellent, but Robert, the Manager is gold—truly the happiest, most gracious man Ive ever met. Go for the food as well as the good vibes.

I believe this is the BEST BURGER KING I'VE ATE AT. I ordered a #2 with bacon. The meal was fresh and just cooked. The fries were perfect. The hamburger was put together straight and thick. The bacon was cooked perfectly and the sauces were very generous. The staff is very professional and polite and calm. The tables were spotless and the floors freshly mopped. The smell was wonderful too. The bathrooms were spotless also. I am very impressed May God Bless them all

Fastest burger King ever. 4 cars in front of me. We never really came to a complete stop. But dr pepper was flat. And frys needed a oil

I wouldn't want to give a star either. But it is necessary to write a review. The treatment is bad and racist on the part that takes the order and charges. Fat colored woman with glasses. and very sharp. When I returned my card, his hand reluctantly hit the window and fell to the floor. He thought about picking her up. and also the manager who looks like a tall white man with white hair and glasses. I paid for an extra drink that they didn't bring me. And when I complained to the manager about the bad attitude of the woman, she brought me my drink with water. What bad service. If they don't like their job, they should go to the street to beg and don't make the food bitter for those of us who like Burguer King. The food is good in hands and people with the right attitude. But these people leave a lot to be desired.

Actively avoid this location. Even when there is no line at the drive thru they will have you pull around and wait at least 10 minutes. I placed a mobile order at 7:15, went to pick up at 7:27, and then they had me pull around and wait until 7:53 when I received my order with 2 missing items. I went back through the drive thru to notify them to correct the order where they had me pull around again with no line and finally receive my full order at 8:15. Absolutely nothing fast any this location.

I used the app to order ahead. We ordered a sausage croissant with a large hasbrown and large mocha coffee and then an eggnormous burrito with a large hashbrown and large vanilla coffee. The only thing the got correct was the croissant and the burrito even though it was cold and looked old. They gave us small hashbrowns and a small coffee when we ordered and paid for large and the coffee tasted off like we were swallowing snot. Plus they made us wait about 10 mins to get the order out to us. We have been to this location multiple times since we moved to this area and we have had issues with the order being correct every single time. But this time with 2/3rds of the order being wrong and the coffee tasting like a snot ball is what prompted the review this time. I reached out to their customer service and they offered a coupon for next time. I explained there wouldn’t be a next time, I wanted a refund. They said they don’t issue refunds.
