Had a stop with the work crew! Friendly atmosphere and really good food made fresh to order! Can’t wait to visit again soon to purchase some game jerky to send back home for Xmas!

Absolute horrible experience.. placed my order over the phone for a whole shrimp poboy and a half shrimp poboy with an order of fries. First two bites into my sandwich, I discovered three strings of long hair in my food, immediately disgusted and disappointed as I wasted my money and had to discard of my food. People serving the food should invest in wearing a hairnet, especially with consistent shedding. I should most definitely be compensated for this via Cash App or Zelle as I paid cash for this order and was stopping by on my way back to Texas. Will never return here! And P.S. I said no pickles on the half sandwich & received pickles on none of my sandwiches. If I could do zero stars I would!

Best little place to get fresh Cajun shrimp and oysters!!!

Cracklins are freshly fried pork rinds (chicharron). So good with a slightly sweet, spicy Cajun powder. Really really good. Served hot out of the frier, great stop. So worth the $7.

We always have to stop here to pick up our boudin balls to take back to Houston this is a great restaurant at times they are very busy but that is a good sign for good food

Been coming to this hole in the wall for over 20 years. It is actually a small store and restaurant off the interstate. They have Acadiana centric food and an owner who stands at the counter to take your order with the thickest cajun accent. They sell Boudin and Tasso, Cajun cookbooks, everybodies versions of Cajun spices, crawfish dust etc.
It is like comfort food La. Style. Good Boudin pork ( a little much games even for me) crawfish (yummy). Best fried chicken dark and crispy ( you have to wait cooked to order and worth it). Red beans and rice were average this time. Good Jambalaya.
Don’t miss this place. It is a total gem

Best place for boudin, crawlfish and cracklings in the state. I have been coming here for years overtime I go to Texas to work. I always grab some frozen to bring home last I heard they ship as well!!!
