The store is well-kept, with seasonal decorations and some cute garland and ornaments for domino logo. The person with whom I interacted was friendly and and double checked the order. The pizzas were nice and hot.

I was out of town and was trying to order my husband a medium pizza and wings. Now I will admit I was on west coast time and I placed the ordered at 858pm central time. The driver arrived on time and was polite. My husband informed me the pizza hardly had any sauce as there were charred dough bubbles and the crust was burned. The chicken wings were grisly. He didn’t enjoy the meal. He tried to call the store and no one answered. He waited to call again the next day and spoke with Jarvis the store manager. Apparently this manager used foul language and was refusing to give his name and hung up twice and then on the third call got a female who seemed afraid to confirm the managers name and then they hung up again. From what my husband told me Jarvis made threats and also used inappropriate language. I guess this will be the last time I order from this location as it had only been my second time since moving to Breaux bridge.

I would literally leave negative stars if I could. I work in customer service and know that the main priority is to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. Well, dominos in Breaux Bridge must've missed the memo fr. Not only did we find hair in our pizza, but after calling them they told us to drive all the way back to the store to show them. Quite literally, who has time for that???? Y'all forgot to wear y'all hairnets?? Not to mention the lil girl on the phone was rude, and so was the lil manager. I'd be embarrassed to be the supposed GM of that store, and "manager" Crystal.But if y'all like pizza with hair in it and rude employees, Dominos in Breaux Bridge is the place for you!!!!

Ordered and something was missing. I contacted the store to let them know. Even though it showed on my receipt, it didn’t show on theirs. The lady didn’t even wanna hear it or allow me to show proof. Once she started with an attitude I just hung up.

Ordered a large pizza received a medium pizza they advised me to drive back 25 mins to show them that it was medium pizza for them to remake the pizza I have toddlers didn’t have time to put them back in the Carseat n drive back at 6:30 at night all I wanted was them to just correct the price and charge me for a large instead of a medium! Won’t see me again

Where is the rest of the pasta?! Is this false advertisement? All of the ads for the pasta shows a larger helping than this. 5 pieces of chicken in pasta Alfredo? Unacceptable for the price.

I'm so used to dominos putting old ingredients on(which at this price point is ridiculous)... but when they deliver charred pizza? All edges taste like God damn charcoal...had to throw it away after three pieces. I wonder what genius let this pizza out of store. Your only associate that makes pizza good is Katie. This maybe last time I ordered.

Called because the driver pulled off with a 56 dollar order to the store.the manager yelling at me like I was a kids.i Been a km a agm6a general manager n now district manager of aof restaurant 24 years 34 Plus in the business.this manger needs termination asap.thw restaurant became trashed n y'all wonder why y'all can't keep employees there
