I have been buy this product for years, but this year in April 2024 I purchase two boxes on sale at Brookshire and upon cooking some of it a few days after purchase I found that most of the fish in those boxes were old and they tasted terrible, I would have taken it back but I had thrown my boxes away alone with the receipt. This fish is to expensive even on sale to have some old fish in the boxes and its a shame that the company waits until it been in their freezer so long and then decide they decide to sale it to customers, please go back to quality.

First time I ever tasted catfish. I never made it before. I'm from Minnesota. I been making it once a week ever since. Love the way it tastes and melts in your mouth. Keep up the good work. Thank you!!!

? love your catfish fillets baked or fried I have even cooked some in foil packets on the grill. Delicious good quality fish.

BEST catfish I've had in years! My Father caught them live years ago- this Guidry's is just as good.

Drivers" can receive you early, arrive at 6 am for very fast delivery. The staff is always good, there is parking in the back for some trucks. Good service

Bought case of catfish fillets at brookshires.fried up good.small pieces look like nuggets?..muddy taste like mud cat not channel catfish.nothing bad about fish just bad flavor.bought second box because on sale.same bad taste.like mud cat raised in city water.what happened to checking product sold?guess owners don't eat their own fish.wont buy again

We have eaten quidrys catfish for years. Was always very satisfied. However, the last 2 boxes of filets we have bought have not been good. First of all, they are very large filets which is covered in that black material that has to be trimmed off before frying. Next, they have a very muddy taste. Not the good taste as in the past. I have another unopened box in the freezer that I wish I did not have. Very disappointed in the quality of the fish for the price we are paying for them. Will not be recommending this product to anyone else.

I NEVER LIKED CATFISH growing up and even into my adulthood UNTIL I went to a wedding and they served GUIDRYS. I've been eating catfish every week. YOU CAN TASTE THE DIFFERENCE

Catfish nuggets taste like mud. Made our stomachs hurt. Laying here in bed with a stomach ache as I write this. I will never buy another product from this company.
