Authentic and the real deal. Bought some boudin to cook in my smoker. Had cracklins there for the first time. Oh My Gawd...They are awesome. The two ladies working there were super helpful!

Stopped for boudin balls and cracklings. My elderly mother was waiting for the restroom. The cashier asked “Babe how long are you gonna be, someone needs to use it”. After a while a man comes and shouts “what do you gotta bother me for. I don’t give a damn who needs to use the restroom”. It was very uncomfortable, unprofessional, intimidating, and rude.

Crackling were dry, the boudin balls were okay. The Best Stop was better to be honest.

The cracklins are not good! All the wonderful sausage in the coolers are another story. We bought several different types and have cooked a couple so far! They have been wonderful.

Went there yesterday because I heard they were good and friendly..but the bad build lady with the black hair had an attitude . coming from Florida..id think they be more friendly.. plus a small bag of crackling was 8 bucks for a scoop...very rude .. food wasn't fresh

I got the roast beef Po boy and I wasn't very good. The meat didn't look like fresh roast beef look like something that came out of a freezer bag and there wasn't very much of it.

Got smoked boudin, cracklins, a crawfish pie, and jerky. Boudin and cracklins tasted stale somehow. Crawfish pie tasted under seasoned. Jerky was way over salted.

This place is a must stop! Delicious pepper jack boudin balls and amazing cracklins!
Definitely made our trip back home.
Can’t wait till we go road trippin back in LA!
