The epitome of Southern Hospitality!! I love the building! I love the rocking chairs on the front porch. They have boudins, boudin balls. Quail, fresh made cracklins, po boys Louisiana, Louisiana seasonings and sauces, you name it! Those meat pies melt in ya mouth! J'ai découvert les boules de boudin au pepper jack dans cet endroit et ça a été le coup de foudre. Elles sont délicieusement assaisonnées et bien consistantes. Pour en avoir goûté d'autres ailleurs par la suite (pour comparer), ce sont définitivement les meilleures (aussi au niveau qualité/prix). En outre, contrairement aux autres le pepper jack se retrouve un peu partout dans le boudin et pas seulement au milieu. A tester absolument !
I discovered the pepper jack boudin balls in this place and it was love at first sight. They are deliciously seasoned and very consistent. Having tasted others elsewhere later (to compare), they are definitely the best (also in terms of quality/price). In addition, unlike the others, pepper jack is found almost everywhere in the sausage and not just in the middle. Absolutely worth testing!
