This place is terrible honestly. they never get my order right. i don’t like their stupid diced onions and they are always COVERING my burger even though i order none. like do they not clean their work space? because why would they do more work to put on more toppings ? clearly they don’t put in more effort for anything else. mcdonald’s should just remove the diced onions and use sliced ones because they are easier to take off. why do the managers not strive for a better environment instead of ignoring how people feel.

Can’t rate the food because we haven’t got it yet… 20 minutes in the drive thru then another and still no one has taken our order. I drove up and have been waiting another 10 minutes. I would just leave but I already paid in the app. Might as well take the drive to Breaux Bridge!

This is the second time my husband was in the drive through and asked to pull forward and then was forgotten about, i get that they were busy but it’s still not ok to give a customer part of their order pull them forward and completely forget about them

We have stopped here three time with the latest on July 6th. Each time we have waited for over 25 minutes. Additionally, we had an incorrect order once and on all three occasions the food was off.
Took over 25 minutes to get 2 fries a chicken sandwich and a double cheese burger, there was trash everywhere. Not a single table was clean. The trash cans both inside and outside were full. There was debris everywhere and wet floor signs throughout the place. There was only 4 other people in here when we ordered and everyone was fed up with the workers. If you’re planning to stop here for food on your travels don’t.

Beware absolutely horrible service! We stopped in to get breakfast and 45 minutes we finally got our food to go. The manager informed me they were short staff. There was at least 9 people back there. Back in my day when I was in high school I worked at McDonalds. Three high school students could have handled what 9 adults dang sure wasn’t handling. The manager was also very rude. Maybe that why she’s short staff. No one wants to work for someone who doesn’t value them. Poor excuse for McDonalds.
