I worked there as a young adult and until this day I am the best potato peeler in the family 😉 definitely learned alot in Mr. Floyd’s kitchen and from some of the vets that worked they! I would always walked to the back and see how the crackling was made to. I think it was a good job and I definitely benefit from it years later!

catfish all fish fry and over cooked, just not good, cold ff, potato salad was mashed potatoes, not good!

Best decision I ever made, we had just stopped at a gas station to fill up as we were heading home (Texas) and I saw someone next to use eating what looked so delicious. My husband asked where she got the food and Boom here we are!!!!! The Food was absolutely delicious 🤤 I honestly wanted to try everything they had cuz it all looked delicious. Can’t wait to pass through again!!! 10 out 10 ❤️

Wonderful people and even better food

Me and my husband stopped to get us some food otw home after staying at the campground and this was a great choice I got the marinated pork and Mac and cheese my husband got ribs over rice dressing and pork n beans best plate lunch we’ve had in a while and surely did not go to waste we will be making that 45 minute drive soon to try it again 💜💜

Stopped in with my mom while we were in the area and WOW! I will definitely be taking this way home from Lafayette more often. She got the pork roast, rice dressing, corn & yams. DELICIOUS! I got corn grits. Even being re-heated, they were the best I’ve ever eaten. We both got meat from their meat and I can’t wait to try it. We will definitely be back to try out the restaurant!
