Me and my husband stopped to get us some food otw home after staying at the campground and this was a great choice I got the marinated pork and Mac and cheese my husband got ribs over rice dressing and pork n beans best plate lunch we’ve had in a while and surely did not go to waste we will be making that 45 minute drive soon to try it again 💜💜
Stopped in with my mom while we were in the area and WOW! I will definitely be taking this way home from Lafayette more often. She got the pork roast, rice dressing, corn & yams. DELICIOUS! I got corn grits. Even being re-heated, they were the best I’ve ever eaten. We both got meat from their meat and I can’t wait to try it. We will definitely be back to try out the restaurant!
Had lunch there on a Thursday, easy in and out, quick and professional service. Had fried chicken, dirty rice, corn and potato salad. Not a big corn and potato salad fan, but this was really good. Prices very reasonable large servings. Out of the way, but very cool place.
