They need to work on their staff at Sonic in Breaux Bridge man..
35 minutes for 2 sonic blast and I’m the only car here is CRAZY
Not to mention an employee walked up to my car asking for cigarette
And then the little car hop walking around it is high as a kite. Jeez😂
Y’all need to take these kids out of these fast food restaurants.the service was VERY SLOW. I order a large fried pickle PAID FOR IT pulled forward and waited in line for 15-25 minutes for me to get to the window and they tell me there out of what I ordered and if I would like to get something else. Order 1 large fry took another 10-15 minutes. These kids don't take there job seriously. Everyone is just standing around like a turtle on a log, dressed like there at there house.
I come to Sonic for the in app deals. Today, I got a free medium Tots via the Teachers Deal. I enjoyed my tots. They were hot and crispy. I also ordered a 79 cent Slushy. Sonic is always good on a warm Louisiana day.
We are from out of town to have a procedure done and we stopped her for lunch. We drove off to find our burger was ice cold like they took them out of the cooler. Will never go here again

The red velvet cake batter shake is extremely good. Definitely be getting another one soon. The groovy fries were good with the groovey sauce. The chicken bites were tender and juicy.

Ordered in drive thru closed window on me after taking money and did not say a thing. 8 minutes later opened window and handed me food asked if I got my drink I said no I did not get my drink or my change. The drive through girl asked the guy handing my food over how much I had given her. The drive thru girl rolled her eyes and closed the window. She then opened the window and stood there like she thought she deserved the change as a tip. I went ahead and drove off and said I would just report it later.

I was there for breakfast. Drive into a bay and pressed the button and no one ever attempted to take my order for 15 minutes. The red light was blinking so it was working and they were not very busy. I went to the drive thru and they were extremely slow. On a positive note the food was great. Service is terrible

I’m in town for 4 weeks. This is week 2 and I have to brag on the wonderful customer service I received every day. This location is my go to everyday for almost 2 weeks now. The employees are very professional and welcoming. The service is fast. Food is always fresh and great. Thank you guys for the wonderful customer service. It really makes a difference especially for us work travelers who have to rely on fast food for a quick bite to eat.

This is ONE ghetto ESTABLISHMENT!!!
Even management is UNPROFESSIONAL! I was in drive thru for 12 minutes, paid for food when cashier (African American, light skinned female, short, colored eyes, burgundy weave/wig opened window she asked me do you remember what you ordered..I said yes #1 with a coke no tomato, and tots…she closed the window, then she came back handed me a bag, so I’m still sitting there waiting for a drink, she opens the windows and says can I help you with something I responded yes I am still waiting a coke, she fixed the drink so I left, as I’m driving to Parks, LA; I opened bag meal was completely wrong I received a chicken sandwich with tomato, lettuce, fries..
So I turned around and went back to Sonic ask for manager and I explained to manager (African American female long lashes, braids, tall.. I explained to her how awful the service was and that I received someone’s meal after waiting 12 minutes for what is supposed to be fast food, she had an attitude and said ma’am we can’t do nothing about it because our system is down loudly and with an attitude and as I’m talking cashier closed window! At this point I think SONIC is giving management positions to non-qualified employees. As a manager she should have first apologized for inconvenience, corrected the issue, and thank me visiting. She was more upset than me that I came back because of their error. This is really unprofessional and unfortunate customers spend their money and get treated so rudely! As for the cashier closing window on a customer while they’re making a compliant due to her negligence she would not have worked for me!!
Customers are the only reason both have a job & they should be valued.

This is not the first time that sonic has completely messed up my order.i ordered 4 double sonic burgers with large groovy fries and we received nothing compared to what I ordered.
