The selection and variety of things liked needed and wanted was over the the top. Now the hospitality of the staff/employees were not so hott. I couldn't get anyone's attention to possibly direct me in the rite direction and the very few workers I did manage to track down were in an awful hurry to show me that I'm from another planet and they couldn't even understand what I was saying as they would sprint pass playing on their cell phones. If I would've known one of theirs contact info I probably could've just messaged them before I got there to let me know good luck at finding what I need.

I'm a truck driver and first time here in this Walmart location,I was amazed how this store is so big,clean and lots of different goods from other branch;and all the workers are so nice and helpful!!!

store wasn't as clean as it could be, dusty shelves, visible dust under shelves. Employees seemed distracted by phones and laughing with other employees, and would watch you load a large item yourself and ask if you needed help after you are done, then laugh about it behind your back. Not impressed with the store or it employees at all. Just opened that microwave that I couldn't get help with a whole top edge of it was bashed in... I'll be shopping at local stores from now on, just not walmarts.. * Edit** Gave this store another try.. I just had 3 things to checkout and they had ZERO registers open. Im not a walmart employee so no im not work8ng for free. Walmart has company policy against working off the cl9ck, so why should customers be expected to? And finally , ive seen them accuse customers of stealing at a self checkout when they werent , so im not going to use that . Ill go elsewhere . And its not just me...3 other customers followed suit... Its not like there werent 5 employees standing there watching customers struggle to do employees jobs
I have always have a good experience a the Breaux Bridge Walmart Super center. But Opelousas Super Walmart their SOME, NOT ALL of their customer service workers reminds me of the women that are in Cottonport Prison for women. Ghetto , vindictive, & Super LAZY!!

The store was recently remodeled and is now very spacious. Employees are very friendly and helpful. In giving 4 stars because of the home delivery service. Walmart uses 3rd party drivers and cannot hold them responsible when the driver keeps some of your items.
