Love their chicken breakfast croissant with the seasoned potatoes it comes with: perfect for a morning meal.

Update: I'm changing my initial rating. Today (9/9), I ordered a Chili and when I stirred it to take the first bite I spooned out a large fly!! Absolutely disgusted. I wonder what else is in it! Won't be returning to this location.

Me and my family of 3 children came to dine in and was told the lobby is closed. The doors were open for business. I was told that there were only two employees working and they can't keep up with the drive thru. We had to leave because they refused service..after we got back in the car and drove off we saw no cars in the drive thru at all. I just felt like we were refused service for other reasons of personal racial judgment. I've been a Wendy's customer for over 40 years..and also was an employee at one of the franchise branch. I was disappointed with this type of service5..I'm sure this is now how Dave would want to represent in restaurant. He dosen't cut corners on his burgers so why cut corners on customer service.

It was about 12pm and stopped for lunch. Somewhat busy time. We placed our order and received it within 10 minutes. There were a couple of issues. 1 - No ketchup in the dining room. 2 - Drink machine was out of several drinks: coke, dr pepper, sprite, zero coke, etc. I had to return to the order counter and ask for ketchup and drinks.

They are always out of most things.
Wendys is known for their frostys and they NEVER have chocolate, it's the only reason I go there.

I went here Friday about mid day that night started feeling Nauseous I got food poisoning I wouldn’t recommend eating here by the way staff is terrible price of food is way to high for what they are serving and it’s just dirty also they was out of everything might as well just close it down

This Wendy's was terrible. I'm in a hurry to drive home and went to the drive thru, wanted a #1 combo. I ended up with a single w/cheese and a LG. Coke. It's was so dry and messy I could barely choke it down. Yes, I was hungry. I'll avoid this Wendy's in the future. The price is to high for bad food too.

Understaffed. Still waiting for food after 30 minutes, as well as a queue of others. They should shut down the drive through. When the food finally came it was good though.

Young lady in the drive-thru overcharged me for the order. When I questioned the amount, she gave me the correct amount and charged my card. When I asked for my receipt, she stated the machine was "broken". I immediately canceled my order and asked for a refund. While she was getting the manager, I checked my account to see she charged me the wrong (higher) amount! The manager came talked to the employee (never acknowledged/spoke to me), took cash from the register (what I should have been charged) and handed it to me. At that time, I told her the amount charged to my card and she gave me the difference (in cash). It's been my experience that credit card charges are refunded to the card, not cash back. Never did the manager get my side of the incident, apologize for the transaction, nor offer any type of interaction.

30 minutes for fast food just to behave the wrong food brought out is ridiculous. I am always asked to pull up or into a parking spot and wait. The waits get longer at every visit.
