My wife waited for her burgers for 20 minutes today. The cook was on his phone and not wanting to work. Then my wife asked where her drinks were. The girl said oh I thought you got them why didn’t anybody fix them was he reply. Also to note it was not busy and my wife was the only one there. This is why fast food restaurants close in towns. No one wants to work! Laziness! Lack of effort! Poor management! No work ethic. I could run that place way better. Quit hiring laziness and hire people who want to work. Pay more for better service.

The manager was outside smoking and talking to someone in the parking lot while a female worker was handling drive through, front counter, and getting drinks and food packed. Even when the manager came in she didn't help catch up but was doing prep work that looks like it should have been done before opening my food was sloppy made by the other worker, fries were only half filled by the manager when he finally came up. It took over 15 minutes to get my order. I was really disappointed with the lack of care on the part of the female management.

Love their chicken breakfast croissant with the seasoned potatoes it comes with: perfect for a morning meal.

Update: I'm changing my initial rating. Today (9/9), I ordered a Chili and when I stirred it to take the first bite I spooned out a large fly!! Absolutely disgusted. I wonder what else is in it! Won't be returning to this location.

Me and my family of 3 children came to dine in and was told the lobby is closed. The doors were open for business. I was told that there were only two employees working and they can't keep up with the drive thru. We had to leave because they refused service..after we got back in the car and drove off we saw no cars in the drive thru at all. I just felt like we were refused service for other reasons of personal racial judgment. I've been a Wendy's customer for over 40 years..and also was an employee at one of the franchise branch. I was disappointed with this type of service5..I'm sure this is now how Dave would want to represent in restaurant. He dosen't cut corners on his burgers so why cut corners on customer service.

It was about 12pm and stopped for lunch. Somewhat busy time. We placed our order and received it within 10 minutes. There were a couple of issues. 1 - No ketchup in the dining room. 2 - Drink machine was out of several drinks: coke, dr pepper, sprite, zero coke, etc. I had to return to the order counter and ask for ketchup and drinks.
