Horrible experience. Last night, 30 minutes total time between drive thru and lobby to get two simple combo meals. Was asked my order three separate times (at drive thru speaker, drive thru window, and lobby). Workers were clueless. No manager to speak to, was only told that his name was Tanner.

Waited about 45 minutes for food that was incorrect and barely edible. Fries were soaked in so much oil it just tasted like eating peanuts. About 30 minutes of the wait was just for the food and was there for so long we were getting honked at by the 5+ car line. Burger was missing a patty and no ketchup packets were in bag despite asking. We also did not receive a receipt and were told that the large milkshakes would be an extra 15 minute wait but a small was fine. Server was hard to hear and seemed annoyed/bothered. Overall terrible experience and would not recommend or return

Worst whataburger in the south! Takes 40 minutes for fast food. places is a joke.

Honestly the worst experience we've ever had at a Whataburger drive thru. We pulled up to the speaker, it took forever to place our order. The woman on the speaker was not friendly at all. We placed an order, pulled up to the window and sat there... and sat there... 3 people walking around inside, and not a single person even waved at the window to greet us. We waited over 15 minutes before we left- still not a word from anyone! The car behind us pulled out too because they waited so long at the speaker! I'm not sure what is going on with this store, but someone needs to step up and do better. Based off other reviews, this seems like an ongoing issue.

Great Atmosphere...wonderful ambiance..good music..drinks 8/10..Our waiter was not great but I watch others be more attentive to their table. So I won't judge the whole place based on our experience with her. She got the items and tab mixed up, she forgot to put in my order and I got my crab cake but no other food. Salad with no dressing and forgot my drink... I drinks were refilled almost at the end of the meal... she didnt clear the table after our appetizers were served so everyone was literally eating on top of each other bc there was hardly any space. But everything else made up for this
