I came the Breaux Bridge LA. For a wedding and yes on a Wednesday. I pulled up at 11 and they said no more Breakfast 🙃 😒 😑 so I went in and Q and his team made my day and made me some Breakfast thanks.

In reality, I have realized that this site is no longer useful, and I have heard it 3 to 4 times and everything is a problem. Now my wife bought a chicken sandwich and it came out raw. I really don't know what is happening and that's too much. This site needs to be closed. The people of the night are no good and it is as good as it is in other places and in this place that is close to my home it is just garbage that hurts and depresses this place

The worst customer service. The employees here forgot about our order. We ordered in the drive thru. The worker told us to pull to the front and never brought our food. We waited more than 30 minutes. The lady aaid the food was in teh back and it was ready than why didnt they bring it to me. At the end I didn't even want to eat my food anymore because they probably spit on it. Worst service do not stop here to get food.
In the day the service is great at night the employees will ignore you. Not once ever has my food been right here. Their strawberry shake is always wack here. The new store is clean and beautiful but there’s always people loitering or asking for money in the parking lot.

I'm a truck driver, and for as long as it took me to walk to your establishment because of limited parking around your area, I was NOT expecting the way you all treated me! I personally believe management was EMBARRASSED because of how my order was done and the way I was treated. 3 TIMES I had to send my order back for correction, and it's STILL not correct. The young lady who waited on me was very nice about the whole situation. But, on the 3rd attempt to get my order corrected, management finally got involved - which I had given up at this point so I asked her to get me some tomatoes and mayonnaise in a separate container. Would you believe she actually did that!? And no apologies what so ever. Other customers around witnessing the whole ordeal were floored on how I was being treated. And that truck driver statement? I had been on the road for several weeks... craving their fabulous burgers and onion rings....which, by the way, I ordered 2 large ones but got medium one's instead. I KNEW they were medium, and they lied to my face, saying that they were large. 2 MANAGERS THERE...AND NO ONE WANTING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT!!!
