We ordered at the drive-thru and treated with the worsts service the older lady the manager didn't even give us hot food and had been sitting up for hours don't ever go here worst service and food ever I wish to get better employees and management over there the franchise need to check on the establishment

Horrible service, does not pay attention to orders being taken had to repeat order 3 times, didnt get order right, wouldn't give me refund and the manager cursed at me calling me rude when she tossed bag at me and said have a good night because she didnt wanna go through the correct process of correcting the staffs mistakes...Just horrible service. I'll never go here again!

Only knocked off a star because the little girl who was in drive thru that day was very rude and couldn't be bothered. Our order was perfect otherwise.

Had a mobile order got to the window and they handed me the wrong order. I told them and it took the a little while to find my order. Then they made me pull up. I sat in that spot fo 20 minutes before I walked in to check on it. Told the manager who I was and I have been waiting for my order for over 20 minutes she had to look for my order then told me that it was a good thing I came in because they forgot to push it out!

When I arrived, I noticed three women and one guy working behind the counter. Nobody greeted me, and the woman at the regular wasn't friendly at all. She didn't greet me, smile, or even look at me. It was like she hated being there. Anyway, I ordered two junior whoppers and two orders of fries, because I had a coupon for that. I asked for extra mayo and ketchup and didn't get that. I had to go to the counter and ask for the little packets of both. Anyway, I wasn't there to make new friends but they sure were unfriendly. The vibe was like they all hated being there. I won't be going back to that Burger King.

I had the flying 💩💩💩💩 and felt like I was going to be rushed to the hospital!
My breakfast sandwich must of been old from the previous day and then microwaved and the cook didn’t wash their hands! NEVER AGAIN! 🤢🤮
Then the orange juice was Simply orange juice and the FDA should’ve been banned this because of its ingredients!

Despite the facility being relatively new, The time it took to prepare 1 sandwich was inexcusable. Waiting in the car for 30 minutes for my order, while my family grew so impatient, made for a 1 star experience.
