Had a mobile order got to the window and they handed me the wrong order. I told them and it took the a little while to find my order. Then they made me pull up. I sat in that spot fo 20 minutes before I walked in to check on it. Told the manager who I was and I have been waiting for my order for over 20 minutes she had to look for my order then told me that it was a good thing I came in because they forgot to push it out!

When I arrived, I noticed three women and one guy working behind the counter. Nobody greeted me, and the woman at the regular wasn't friendly at all. She didn't greet me, smile, or even look at me. It was like she hated being there. Anyway, I ordered two junior whoppers and two orders of fries, because I had a coupon for that. I asked for extra mayo and ketchup and didn't get that. I had to go to the counter and ask for the little packets of both. Anyway, I wasn't there to make new friends but they sure were unfriendly. The vibe was like they all hated being there. I won't be going back to that Burger King.

Despite the facility being relatively new, The time it took to prepare 1 sandwich was inexcusable. Waiting in the car for 30 minutes for my order, while my family grew so impatient, made for a 1 star experience.

I been stopped coming to this location because the service is crap and the food is worse. How do you charge me extra for something that should’ve been regular price and STILL GET MY ORDER WRONG????? I can’t even be mad because i knew better. Please don’t waste your money here unless you want to scream at the microphone because obviously Hellen Keller is taking your order and forgot her hearing aid, want to wait 3 years for a large fry or a simple breakfast, and then they either give you the wrong food or it’s cold.

the woman that always takes my order and i see in the drive through is so kind. i always feel like my food was just made every time i come and she's here. definitely my favorite BK around acadiana because the employees are always super chill and the food is always HOT!

Ordered a Biscuit meal and asked for lightly cooked hash brown the server said they just cooked some but they weren’t cooked how I asked. 2nd the total was $5.98 I gave $6 she then asked me if I wanted the 2 cents well that’s my money management need to train their employees better😡
