Been passing by the place for a while just tried it absolutely wonderful and the folks working were super kind towards me and my dog 10 out of 10 brisket 10 out of 10 sides some of the best barbecue I’ve had in Lafayette will be going again and would recommend others to try too
I’m not the type of person to leave reviews, but this place definitely deserved a positive one Especially since it’s hard to find good barbecue in Lafayette

Deuce’s is my favorite BBQ spot in Acadiana. There are several good ones, but Deuce’s stands out with their consistency, their customer service, and their level of “give a damn” to ensuring everyone has a great experience. I’ve had all of the BBQ I know of in the area so when I say it’s my favorite, I mean it. Stop by and give them a try Tuesday-Friday 7-2 and Saturday 8-1! You won’t be disappointed.

We picked up brisket and smoked turkey from Deuces today, and it was absolutely phenomenal. The brisket is hands-down the best I’ve ever had, perfectly tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. The smoked turkey was just as impressive, moist and seasoned to perfection.

On top of the outstanding food, the owner and his wife were incredibly polite and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It’s rare to find both top-quality barbecue and such genuine hospitality in one place.

I highly recommend Deuces to anyone looking for the best barbecue around, you won’t be disappointed!

Taste of the food was excellent! Brisket was tender and had the smoky taste wings were well seasoned. Brisket balls were tasty as well.
My complaint was there were no prices posted nor a selct portion size. Not sure how much I was charged for the wings, the Brisket balls, nor nor the Brisket but spent close to $70.
Tasty meal but extremely high!

Highly recommend Deuce's Taste of the South for catering! I hired them for 3 large corporate events 2 years in a row and was impressed by their food quality/taste and efficiency with serving everyone. Shane and Alison are very professional and went above and beyond for my client. Great people!!!

I GOT THE BRISKET SANDWICH! IT WASNT WORTH $13 NO SIDES OR DRINK! THE BRISKET WAS OVER BURNT AND BLAND!
I ASKED ABOUT THE PLATE LUNCH AND THEY WANTED $20! I WILL NOT BE BACK!

I really had high hopes from the reviews but I’m confused as to why. My coworker and I called in a to go and went picked it up. When we arrived at the designated time the food wasn’t ready. They were very polite though. When we got back to the office I was very disappointed at the food I received for $19. A small portion of brisket which looked like leftover chop (wasn’t even asked or given the option if I want it sliced lean or fatty like most bbq places I’ve been) and was dry, fatty and the bark was so tough it was like jerky. The sides were delicious but the meat was a let down. Sadly we won’t be back. Do yourself a favor and go to Blanchards BBQ in Lafayette the Q is always top shelf, and the portions are generous.

Amazing food! Great price big portions!

Tried for first time today. Good brisket, potato salad looked homemade. Don’t do the drive through in a car, the window is about 6’ off the ground.

The wings are good. Y’all need to try them.

The food is wonderful! The smoke turkey and brisket is out of the world !!! The flavor they have is PERFECT!!!!! Great friendly service!!!!!

The birria tacos are great! Very friendly service.
