We’ve been taking my son to the Broussard location for years, because it’s his favorite ice cream spot but today made me rethink ever going again. The girl working was so rude and rolled her eyes at every ice cream I ordered… I didn’t think ordering ice cream for 3 people is a huge inconvenience, but I guess it is. The “double scoop” was also so small that it barely filled half the cup and was still charged over $20 for everything.

Beignets were so soft and good! Just what I need before heading back to Texas.
I love coming here! They have a bunch of fun flavors and the girls who work here are always so sweet! Definitely a great place for a sweet treat.
Took grand kids for ice cream. Ridiculously expensive and staff was definitely not friendly.

Delicious! Has all the major chains beat, hands down! Their waffle cones and bowls are homemade, and you sure can tell. I had the Emmy's ice cream flavor and couldn't have been happier with my choice! It also looks like they have a bunch of other fun snacks! The girls working were helpful to us as first time customers.
